I'll be honest: Bane's voice here creeped me out, and I hope they don't change it /too/ much. I think it might be the low quality combined with the voice and the actual dialogue that really just unnerves me. I'm excited to learn more about the Bane in this movie, and how he will either differ or be similar to the Bane from the comics.

Honestly, I'm glad Nolan's gone from the movies after this one. Two great movies and I'm sure this will be a third, but I'm so tired of this whole, "Realism at the cost of 80% of the source material," approach of his.

The movies he's made have been good, but I really want to see an actual Batman movie at some point.

The realism aspect doesn't bother me truthfully. He's made two great Batman films and I'm sure this will be no different, however, "realism" and comic book films shouldn't be in the same sentence.
There's nothing realistic about a grown man dressing up as a bat and fighting crime. He'd be dead on his first night out on patrol, with that said, I feel the "realism" aspect is overblown by the fans and given the tone of the films you can introduce a Penquin, Killer Croc, and even Man-Bat if you wanted to.

the voice reminded me of the voice yelling through a megaphone on "Waiting for the Worms"

He kind of sounds like Voldemort. Wanted to add that his voice will probably sound different in the movie as Hardy has stated that he can't speak properly with the mask on. It would be funny if sounded like Kenny from South Park throughout the whole movie.

Yes, you could do all that, but Nolan himself has said he doesnt want to introduce characters like that because they aren't realisitic, and ironically enough considering the famous line, aren't serious enough as character concepts.

He's visually impressive, you can do a lot with a dark movie with it - though I might add in someone to balance him like Scarecrow or something, since he can't exactly talk his way through a movie - and he'd instantly make it clear that things are going in a different direction. Plus he got screwed over not getting a bio in Arkham Asylum.

Basically make a movie version of Heart of Ice and you're money.

No, they shouldn't use Mr Freeze.
Ice based villain must be kept aside for the eventual Flash film featuring Captain Cold and the Rogues

I'll be honest with ya, Grodd and.....I think just the one iteration of Reverse Flash aside, I can't think of a single "serious" Flash villain.

They've turned Professor Zoom and Captain Boomerang into serious villains in the past several years, but their names still make you laugh.

They'd want to make it serious, and short of a token Reverse Flash movie the only option is Grodd who they sure as hell wouldn't use. Guess could go the Daredevil route and borrow a villain from someone else. Grundy? Livewire?

Solomon Grundy's movie, pitched on a Monday, written on Tuesday, shot on Wednesday, released on Thursday, reviewed on Friday, pulled out on Saturday, released on DVD/Blu Ray on Sunday. This is the end Of Solomon Grundy's movie.

I'd say if you reboot these things, I'm in the Mr. Freeze camp. Just give Christoph Waltz a shit-zillion dollars and watch as the Batman series gets its second acting Oscar.
