So to recap: Pot: EVIL PERFORMANCE ENHANCER! TRT: Free samples for all! There's another issue going on here. Sonnen chose to kiss ass when necessary-commissions's, and Nick doesn't. And when you don't kiss ass to the people that control your fate of your job, this happens.

Quick question, nothing to do REALLY with MMA, but just something I noticed: Do Brandon Vera's back tattoo's look as stupid in real life as they do in UFC 3?

So, if what I'm reading is right, Sonnen essentially got a "free cheat" card from the commission? Pretty much. Man, F*** Sonnen.

Actually it is not just a free pass. He has to keep his levels the same as someone that does not use TRT. Low Testosterone is a real condition that can cause problems. If he is doing it as specified by his dr. and he is under observation I don't see the issue.

But you aren't allowed to use steroids if the 23 year old has an "unfair" strength advantage.

Well just in case any of you were wondering if Anthony Johnson had finally learned the important of being able to make the weight limit before a fight......

Indeed.
I do find this somewhat amusing as not long ago he did an interview with Ariel Helwani where he whinnied about how people have been unfairly criticizing him for f***ing up the co main event at UFC 142 and how he has gotten his his weight cutting under control so he should get another shot with the UFC sometime down the line.
I have a feeling that if he moved up to LHW he would still come in overweight.

Actually, if he keeps his bad weight cutting practices up, he might not be able to cut any weight at all, at best, or possible, kidney failure, at first. Does he not knokw of Cormier's story? Cormier suppose to fight at LHW, but he screwed up his kidneys cutting weight for wrestling. Can't risk it anymore.

By the way, did you know that Cormier used to, at least for wrestling, cut below the weight that Chael Sonnen fights at now? That's crazy! I think Rumble might have just done the same thing-he messed up his body so bad it's no longer responding to weight-cutting.

Dana White announced Vitor Belfort broke his hand and can't fight Wand at UFC 147. Had surgery on it, today.

Is there still time to set Silva/Sonnen 2 back to UFC 147?

Man, he was...underwhelming. What was the shine on this guy, for someone who's never seen him outside of the UFC?
