With the way that stables have been booked recently, all of the SuperStars currently involved in this angle are so far up the card that a stable would be a step down for all of them.

The fact they did nexus is another reason why i think they are doing some type of anti WWE nwo table. Nexus was obviously WWEs version of the nwo and it sucked and just ended up fizzling out literally.

Honestly I'm with the OP on everything except the idea that it's the nWo that will be formed. Cena has a TON of creativity when he's allowed (freestyle entrance rapping, playing to the crowd as a de facto heel-in-face's-clothing at ONS, etc.).
I'm not a huge fan of Cena at all, but given how successful Nexus was with a bunch of rooks I say give him the reigns on this one. I think he can come up with something cool to go up against Team Bring It.
My personal take-- Cena advertises Ryder a lot. I say Cena's stable is going to use Ryder's Internet Championship as a sort of 'Legends Title' like TNA used for Main Event Mafia. They proclaim the Mark Henrys, Ryders, the Cenas, the Awesome Truths and the CM Punks are the lifeblood of the WWE. They blow up all over wwe.com and twitter saying without them, nobody else on the roster would put butts in seats.
Not to see the NXT job squad. Not to see guest hosts that steal the spotlight from people like Cena who works every day. Not to see the old HoF-ers like Rock, Stone Cold (who CM Punk can properly feud with as a heel co-captain with Cena ala HBK/HHH in D-X), or especially the Undertaker with his fabled WM streak who only seems to do any wrestling for one time a year yet gets paid more than anybody else.
Lead this eventually into Cena vs Taker at WM, after Rock takes a pin this year against the onslaught of Cena's stable.
Heh, theorycrafting is fun!

Nope, despite everything that happens. Cena will still play the exact same character.

This actually could work... I can't see why they would have Rock wrestle at Survivor Series unless something major was going to happen. I say cena turns on rock, beats the hell out of him and rocks not seen or heard from till atleast Royal Rumble. Then have Rock enter as a surprise entrant and Cena runs.. Keeping away till Wrestlemania...

This is a fine idea, except for the nWo part.

If I see the NWO revived with the NWO name on my TV set, I'll put my foot through it.
It's bad enough there was a terrible impersonation of it in TNA the past year.

I would LOVE it, but Miz and R-Truth shouldn't be involved! They're the ones who've been going on about a conspiracy! This should turn them face.
And then in a super nWo style swerve, R-Truth turns heel again by attacking Miz (they're tag champs at this point) in a title defense against members of this new Cena-led nWo (so...probably Hall and Nash then, no?)! R-Truth's reasoning, of course, is Cena was his buddy, remember?! When they were both face! It all fits! R-Truth was the BRINGER of the TRUTH, the Conspiracy, which he and his buddy Cena cooked up, which let's hope to God isn't the nWo.
I don't mind Nash being part of it, but as a COCKY mouthpiece and mentor. Someone's who's done it many times before and can give advice. Not the centerpiece, though. Miz could be a huge face from all of this. Punk would of course gain more steam as the top face of the company, with Orton and Sheamus right behind him.
And, not that they should re-hash anything, but many people compared Punk to Austin and their promos. Well, then this could be in the prime of the angle Austin vs. nWo. It's brilliant!

Ugh. I agree that a Cena heel turn would be interesting from a character development standpoint, but it would actually accomplish nothing. All that would happen is that people who boo him now would cheer, and people that cheer him now would boo. Nothing would really change, he'd still be a face to half the audience, and a heel to the other half.
I also have a theory that people who want to see Cena turn heel are closet Cena fans that are embarassed to cheer for him for some reason, and they want an excuse because "heels are cooler".
On another note, I agree with The Ring Troll. Everyone keeps saying in numerous threads that Miz and Truth should be in a new nWo, but they are the ones fighting the conspiracy, so it makes no sense at all.

Nothing would really change, he'd still be a face to half the audience, and a heel to the other half. But this logic is just wrong to me. it's a really narrow-minded idea that the adults in the audience'll suddenly start cheering Cena cause he's heel. Leave the inaccurate stereotypes to WWE... Not to mention that if Cena did turn, he'd have s***LOADS of ammo to throw at the fans and keep their vitriol high. After years of being the top face, he turns and lashes out at the people that'd given him crap all that time? No, saying the audience would give him love because of that is just wrong.

No. Cena is never turning at this point. Never.
There's one big reason they are not turning him now. The Rock is back at Survivor Series and they aren't f***ing with that match. They'll build it up similar to Rock/Hogan. 2 Mega Stars.
They COULD make Cena the heel, as there is no way he gets cheered over Rock in Miami. Not happening. Other big stars get cheered over Cena but it doesn't matter.
