Or people just think differently. No, it's bias. Pure and simple. Well...no it's not.

I think Natty was being sympathetic. Telling her to wrestle in her state is telling AJ to move on from what happened and do what she has to do.
I don't mind the beat down, but at the same time just punching was kind to weak to me. Natty is strong enough it's hard to beleive she didn't fight back eventually.
I'd have done something like: slap then the punches in the corner. Ref backs AJ up, Natty is about ready to get out of the corner slightly stunned. AJ slips by the refs and dropkicks her in the corner. Natty's knocked down, AJ starts stomping away. Stomps always work better for beatdowns I think

Whatever people like AJ or think she is hot so her segment was fine whereas Kelly's was a hellish nightmare of suck. I think they were both terrible, except the crowd actually reacted to Kelly Kelly. Seems like bias to me. yes the amount of favoritism aj gets here is mind boggling (she's not even hot, btw) In your opinion... I'm really struggling to believe how people get this worked up over something like that. AJ is 5'3" and 107 pounds. Natalya is 5'5" and 135. That's not that big of a difference. It's perfectly believable that somebody AJ's size, during a fit of extreme rage, could catch somebody like Natalya by surprise and stun them long enough to unleash a flurry. That pic of Natalya should've been enough to convince anybody that she was rocked. Nattie let her guard down against an emotionally unstable person. They didn't show Natalya was weak. They showed that she was human.

The live crowd audience is really not reacting or anticipating AJ getting revenge on Daniel Bryan in any city they've been in since he's too beloved by a lot of the audience even if they are wiling to play along and boo him. You never see any signs in the crowd for AJ getting her due on Bryan, and this segment was another example of this apathy. They just made no reaction, like for any regular divas match. All the heat and momentum is totally Daniel Bryan. It's a great storyline and everyone's playing their parts well, but the fans just don't want to boo Bryan. That leaves AJ in a pickle because how are they supposed to react to her? He says horrible things about her and they cheer. If she was in this storyline with someone who wasn't so beloved it'd be better for her reaction wise. I think it's going to look like she'll turn on Bryan, but she'll end up turning heel and he'll take her back. This, she is so gonna be Harley Quinn to Bryan's Mr. J. And just like the Joker to Harley Bryan will continue being abusive at times towards AJ, the crowd will love it.

If a guy like Cody can beat the Great Khali or Mark Henry clean, then anything is possible. Size is not the only thing that matters.

The big thing that bothers me, again, is she sold one move. She sold the big smack to the head. That's what stunned her, then AJ attacked her in a rage. And from the looks of it, my guess is Nattie suggested AJ to lay it in, and from pictures online and stuff, she laid it in pretty heavy.
Another thing, who cares whether AJ is hot or not. What relevance does that have with the angle?
People are biased against Kelly Kelly, not because she's garbage, it's just personal bias. And it's not like AJ is doing a good job, no, it's just bias. Geez.

I really don't see what the problem is or what was unrealistic with that segment?

Yeah, let's just conveniently forget all the times where Natalya HAS dominated AJ, and focus on the fact that Natalya is being "buried" because she got caught by surprise by AJ losing her damn mind. I was THIS close to using an eyeroll smiley. It took me a minute to figure out what you were trying to say here, but when I did, I agreed.

I really cant find any reason why we should like AJ after this. Why didnt she stand up for herself against Bryan instead of jumping an innocent Natalya? Why did AJ try to get back with him knowing full well hes a jerk? People will defend her and how cute she is and all but all i see is that shes a coward that wont defend herself, that she likes jerks and she doesnt have morales that much (helping Bryan screw over Sheamus before their WM match). It's the "manic pixie dream girl" effect. She's hot, but just intentionally quirky enough to be "attainable", hence, the internet fell in love, and she can do no wrong. She's a middling talent, but "She plays Metal Gear! OMG HAWTZ!!!" saves her from obscurity.

A fair talent who gets more credit than she really merits because she's "quirky".

Two of the recurring arguments here are, to be frank, weak. First off, Nattie's face doesn't say anything other than AJ stiffed her. Hell, it doesn't exactly take a black belt to bruise someone or break their skin (see also, Beth after Alicia's leg drop). Also, the "size doesn't matter" defense: it only really works if there's a major offset to that size disadvantage. There's a reason Royce Gracie won those tournaments; it's not just because "size doesn't matter," it's because he didn't try playing the game on their turf. He was essentially the man who brought BJJ to the mixed martial arts world; overcoming size with sheer technique. Same with Rey Mysterio; yeah, he's not the biggest guy, but going back to WCW, he'd been able to beat guys twice his size by coming at his opponents with a high-flying offense. When was the last time you've ever seen him try to have some test of strength with a heavyweight or lock them up for a suplex? Hell, unless he's kicking someone, he doesn't even stand in the same place for more than a few seconds. AJ didn't do any Gracie technique here, nor did she hit Natalya with some fighting move. All I'm saying is, "size doesn't matter" doesn't apply here, because it wasn't exactly a legit match.
As for the actual segment, the way it was played made it work; to a degree, anyway. Natalya was caught by surprise and by her not fighting back, it was less "AJ beat down Natalya" and more "AJ had a psychotic break and Nattie either didn't know what to do or didn't want to hurt her." It doesn't hurt that Natalya's kind of the bottom rung as of late; it's not hard to believably put anyone over when you're practically the division's designated jobber, so unfortunately, it's not all that impossible that anyone could beat Natalya at this point, let alone a scorned woman having an episode.

This thread should be inducted into the Wrestlecrap hall of fame. Size matters arguments, "why should I like so and so?", accusations of bias, it's all here.

If you don't believe what AJ did to nattie is realistic/believable in any way you have never been in a real fight or seen one for that matter.
That same type of situation I have seen a dozen if not more times , size means squat in any fight even more so when one person is in one hell of a bad mood all that adrenaline pretty much numbs physical pain for a bit.
And the fact they kept it real short between nattie and AJ made it that much more believable , as they say don't wake a sleeping lion..or giant either way.
