Arguing for seven pages five hours before the show starts? Not a good way to start the show. But of course neither is titling the thread "Money Down the Crapper". Good to know the philosophy of "stuff I don't like = bad for the business" is still tried and true. I don't understand how it's not a good way to start. This may be our longest Raw thread yet. Lots of opinions is a bad thing? I'm not saying opinions are a bad thing; on the contrary, I'm inclined to agree with you on it being a very good thing. Thing is, I haven't gone through all seven pages, but from the first few, it looked like things were off to a rough start. After going through all seven, it seems to have stabilized some. Just didn't want the thread being derailed before the show began. |

What happened to the neutral RAW thread titles? Gas on the fire, much? Yeah, I'd have to agree. I don't think the RAW thread title should be used for soapboxing, especially not when the same debate is going on in several other posts. I'm not really annoyed, but it's definitely eyeroll-worthy. I doubt it'd go over any better if I made a thread titled "Smackdown Thread 05/04/12: Sandow is Overrated" or "Nitro Thread 01/11/99: Fingerpoke of Doom = Brilliant". Save that stuff for other threads, bring back the bad jokes and obscure references. ;D |

This thread proves that the IWC are never happy. The PPV was great yet some people are still bitching. Insert usual comment about people on the Internet not being a hive mind, as well as the fact that quality is entirely subjective. What happened to the neutral RAW thread titles? I will say though that I think that Brock will still be a draw as long as he destroys people left and right. However, I personally don't care to see a rematch. Not much tension in Cena coming back and beating Brock when he already did it. I know people will talk about flukes and stuff but, to me, Cena won clean in the context of the rules of the match(That being there were no rules). But no, I don't think Brock is ruined............YET. Get back to me after tonight.

Personally, I think Cena winning is fine if they follow it up with Lesnar completely murdering him at Over the Limit - ideally in an I Quit match, so they can continue Cena's humanizing - but if they just have Lesnar jump him then have Cena come back for SummerSlam looking for a rematch, then it's just stupid and backwards.

Punks been in a brutal street fight with Jericho and kayfabe wise he would be hurt. If Ace still prefers Lesnar (even after the demands last week) to Punk and Cena then this would be an opportune time to do something like this. Plus Brock would be pissed because he had Cena defeated when no ref was there. That would be crazy (in a good way) if it hapens, and punk wont look bad due to the above reason. Where are they at for Raw tonight? |

I'd be okay with it if it meant Punk getting his revenge down the line and winning the title back, but I know what would actually happen. Cena would return and defeat Lesnar and "save" the WWE and the title, and Punk would keep wrestling someone else in the upper-midcard. |
