Hair v. Mask huh...they wouldn't take the mask off of Hallowicked would they? One would hope not. I critique Chikara a lot, but they're usually smart enough to have the rudos lose Luchas de apuestas, especially when it involves one of their iconic characters, so I think we're safe on that one. |

The blog from the Shard (p1) has line that is still standing out to me:
I know most are thinking it was just a nice play on their names but haven't the pieces fallen into place? The GEKIDO have been revealed as (former) friends of Jigsaw, Jigsaw has learned a new super move that is putting people away left and right, and Quack is out of the picture (conveniently thanks to the GEKIDO in a match involving Jigsaw).
Most likely overthinking it but it just seems things are falling into place.

I went to this tonight, and it was overall a fun show. I don't really follow Chikara but it was easy enough to tell what the characters are about (I've seen/know a bunch of them, I've been to one other show roughly 2 years ago). I particularly enjoyed the opener, the (first) ten man match and the main event. I really loved the tag women's match the most, however. Throwing the toilet paper was fun, and I look forward to the King of Trios tournament being held here.
I must say though, I was surprised by the $20 price tag. I get that it was a big show and all, but I would've expected $10 or $12 at the most.
