So lets make him world champion.. This guy is over like a fart in a church. What is the logic of putting the strap on someone no gives a crap about? Maybe they care about the guy in Mexico, but how often is WWE in Mexico?

They've got a big tour of Mexico starting later this month, don't they?

They do (the Mexico trip I mean). I betcha that's the reason why. Cause the focus sure hasn't been on him on TV.

Plus he's over. He's not Mark Henry over (#1 by far) and Christian is ahead of him but he's doing fine. His promos are lacksadaisical given his character but he's got enough heat to justify him having the belt in my opinion.
Plus him as Dos Caras Jr was great, so more people than just Mexican fans think he's great. I certainly do.

So a world title Run is warranted just because WWE has a tour in Mexico once every how often? Just make Mysterio or Sin Cara world champ.. At least they have appeal both in the U.S and Mexico

Not just because. They see something in him. He's a good heel who cuts pretty good promos, it's just that he's stuck in the second tier storyline. Vince loves the rich heel character.

The WWE messed up with Del Rio. Going into the Rumble, he was pure gold. He was easily one of Smackdown's biggest stars following it. Then he lost to Edge. And moved to Raw.
WWE letting edge go out on a winning note was a really nice gesture. But, it absolutely killed Del Rio's heat. In reality, Vince should have let Del Rio win at Mania. Edge isn't there any more, he is not currently making them any money. Del Rio could be the top guy on Smackdown. Instead he's floundered for months on Raw.

Here's how much no one cares about him...he has a match with Cena "again" at Vengeance and no one is complaining. That's how much no one cares...

I greatly question the scientific accuracy of the OP's statement.
Aside from that - I think Del Rio is entertaining as hell and so do the thousands of people that boo him on RAW.
Its just hard to tell because the main story of the show isn't about the world title or its contenders so....yeah.

You don't give two craps about him, I give NONE.
Although he still is a talented performer. Charisma, ring skills are all there. If he was english his promos would be leagues above what he currently transpires.

Judging from last night the guy got absolutely no reaction whatsoever, at least from what I heard, or rather didn't hear. Granted that was a show where the crowd was killed beyond dead by the end, but I also can't recall the last time Del Rio really got any heat from that crowd that said to me "This guy is a main event heel for sure."
It's likely not happening in Mexico either though he will definitely be over to some degree when they go there.

At least they have appeal both in the U.S and Mexico Rey Mysterio's being held together by rubber bands right about now, and as far as Sin Cara, maybe it's just my lying ears, but he's hardly all that over his damn self.

Del Rio was a rookie that won the biggest Royal Rumble ever, has a huge entrance, had a lot of heat. Should have won at Mania. I think the plan should have been for Del Rio to win at Mania & lose at Extreme Rules.

You really need to stop watching Raw with the volume down.
