So poor Cody takes off the face protection mask for a minute and THIS happens. This should shut up Lawler and Booker, WWE is clearly a hazardous environment and Cody obviously needs that extra protection...

God Almighty... That had to be the worst blood loss I've seen since Eddie Guerrero. It's all over the place and Cody looks damn near dead. Definitely a hard-way cut. They're holding the towel against the side of Cody's head. That must've been one helluva bell shot. This seemed to be an important segment that took a fair amount of time. They'll air it, only it'll be in black & white. If they didn't air it, the show would run short and they can't just fill time with video packages. People would be turned off by that. |

Just watched it on TV...
Randy Orton looks EXTREMELY orange. And oily. Like oilier than before. It’s as if he just emerged from a deep-fryer.
Cody Rhodes started bleeding after getting hit by the timekeeper bell but they edited out the part where he was getting cleaned up by the officials. There was this quick cut between Orton hitting him with the bell and Cody bleeding from the temple. It didn’t seem fluid at all. They showed the scene in full color.
You could see Orton mouthing to Cody “I’m sorry, Cody” before nailing the RKO on him.
The report said Cody was hit with a chair. There was no chair shot shown on TV. So that will probably explain the lack of fluidity. It’s either he started bleeding after the bell shot or the chair shot.
But yes. Obviously, that was real blood. Not planned at all. Otherwise, they wouldn’t have edited it this much.

You see Orton blast Cody with his own mask then they announce Cody winning by DQ. That's it. Cuts right to the next segment.  |

It was the usual full show and they didn't show that part at all. All I saw was Randy hitting Cody with his own mask and called for the DQ. Then Randy went crazy and started hitting Cody with the mask over and over again. He then picked him up and put him in the rope DDT. After the DDT another ref came and it cut to Sheamus & Christian backstage. It didn't show the parts you mentioned on the outside. However I hope they show that part on the US tho. |

The weird part is when they came back to the announce team they were talking about the shocking and chaotic events that we didn't see. So if you didn't know any better you'd think Cole was going nuts over a pretty mild beatdown. |
