Just so long as Prometheus beats out Madagascar 3, I'm happy.
And yeah, Piranha 3DD is only in a few 'select' theaters. I've heard it's basically a cheap, direct-to-DVD sequel.

The movie had been hyped up for a while, but then it just kinda fell off and was designated to VOD rather than a wide release.

Also found out that The Hunger Games finally cracked the $400 million dollar mark which seemed distant a while back, but now that it's finally happened, they can start worrying about the Blu-Ray/DVD release.

I'm surprised That's My Boy is pegged for that much. You'd think people would be getting turned off of Happy Madison by now.

Rock of Ages is a flop. Probably a lot of reasons why it flopped but no one should be surprised that it did.

I refuse to believe that many people paid money to see "That's my Boy"

I refuse to believe that many people paid money to see "That's my Boy" Well, it won't be making $24 million this weekend, at least.

Has anything besides Avengers and Madagascar not flopped or underperformed? At the rate we're going it seems like DKR, Brave, and maybe Amazing Spider-Man are the only other big films whose box office take won't be disappointing.

It has the most money worldwide of the 3 movies.

It has the most money worldwide of the 3 movies. That's not counting inflation and 3D surcharges. IMO, every movie released in 3D should have an asterisk next to it's box office total.
