It amazes me that they're trying so damn hard to get the postively useless Kelly Kelly to stay but can't find a use for someone who's just as (if not moreso imo) attractive but actually seems to have talent/potential in the ring and has good mic skills. Well... maybe it doesn't AMAZE me as much as it saddens me. One girl is over, the other isn't. You do the math. To be absolutely fair to Maxine(who never did anything for me either), being tucked away on the internet D-show isn't exactly a formula for getting over, no matter HOW talented or untalented you are. I'm sure if you switched their positions, you would see an equal switch in popularity.

Why even bring it up?

She didn't really bring anything to the table, and WWE didn't seem interested in using her. Sounds like the right decision on her part. I honestly don't see how someone could watch NXT redemption and say that. This Seriously, she did good with what she was given on that show.

Well, she's got no one to blame but herself. She's the one who f***ed up the Tyson Kidd angle and got her stay in FCW extended.
Also, trying to force WWE's hand never works unless you have an identical twin.

What is her background in wrestling? Just WWE? I don't blame her for being upset for them not using her at all, but getting signed in 2009 and getting on tv (somewhat) in 2010 when you're still learning the craft is a pretty sweet deal. Sounds like she wanted to be a star more than she wanted to be a wrestler. ^I think she should've waited. They are clearly focused on AJ right now or Eve. She just has to wait her turn.

A genuine shame. She was a good actress and getting better in the ring. She had a tonne of potential.

If it was just the push and what WWE thought of the wrestler that mattered, Michelle McCool would have been the most over Diva ever.

I'm sure if you switched their positions, you would see an equal switch in popularity. Right, exactly. It's like people going "Why use Primo and Epico, they're not over! or something. It's the kind of logic that's lead WWE to where it is now in terms of its inability to create new stars outside of Punk and MAYBE Bryan and Ziggler (and those two are due more to fans than WWE themselves... and in Ziggler's case they're doing everything they can to make him a chump). Guy doesn't get immediately over then gets consigned to internet show purgatory where nobody watches them, then they're brought up on TV for what amounts to a cameo and it's like... they're not used so how the hell are they SUPPOSED to get over? A guy like Curtis could be a useful addition to the midcard but nobody who didn't watch NXT would know what he's even been up to for example. It's the same problem Maxine had. She could've been useful as Maryse's replacement in terms fo being the haughty alpha b**** or as someone's manager (I remember back when NXT 3 was airing thinking she would've been great as the manager of an updated York Foundation style stable) but she doesn't get the opportunity to show off either what she can do in the ring or what she can do on the mic because she's just flat out not used on TV and the response is like "WELL SHE WASN'T OVER!" Can't really get over if you're never used barring the exception of Ryder and not everyone's going to be able to create a youtube show and dick around on it for a year.

Dame shame. Guess we'll see soon if she's is really dedicated because the paydays for former WWE wrestlers isn't that great nowadays. Especially if you're a lower tier performer.

That sucks, she seemed to have some upside. I guess the only positive in this is that it could increase the chances of one of the several talented FCW divas to get called up soon.

Kidd was doing his manager search and the end game was Maxine was going to be called up as his manager and lead to a feud with Nattie and someone. Instead she got a big head and pissed off a lot of people so they dropped it. Wouldn't have been much but would have gotten her on the main roster and full time with the Divas.

I believe this is in reference to the rotating mangers angle he had a while ago, if I remember correctly the whole point of that was originally to debut Maxine.

Dammit. She was hot and she could wrestle. But at least her quitting means less people being fired down the line. There is that. With her leaving, that makes three, if not four walking away from the company, which may mean others get to keep their own jobs. Ironic that the three confirmed and the one presumed are all Divas, though... Nevertheless, she'll be missed. She improved leaps and bounds in the ring and was a pretty fair worker by the time she left; and even if you can't agree with that, you can't deny that she was easily one of the few Divas in the company with a unique personality. Also, I can't help but agree with her. I can think of plenty of women they could have demoted to NXT or FCW to make room for her, with Aksana and Rosa easily at the top of that list. There's no reason she shouldn't have at least been given a shot.

I do find it funny that the WWE treats its midcard like crap, making sure that nobody gets over and shows any personality, and then when they get released it has no effect on the show BECAUSE they weren't over and didn't show any personality.
Unintentional genius.
