Any ideas for the name of my Training Camp? I'm playing a 2010 TNA (Renamed NWA) scenario, and I've gone global. Lance Storm's the head trained, so I know that the kids that come out will be ready to perform.

Doing a 2001 WWF game, and I've found out that a surefire way to get 5star matches is Gus Richlen vs. Eddie Guerrero, First Blood. Got two 5star matches already that way, and a third in a different type in the same feud.

Not so much a great moment as, well...
I'm running PWFG on Clash of the Titans, which is pretty tough. They start out with $10,000, a roster 8 short of the minimum, no TV, no referees, and F popularity everywhere. On top of the default roster, I've picked up Jerry Flynn, Ray "Glacier" Lloyd, Masayuki Naruse, Alexander Otsuka, Mitsuya Nagai, Osamu Nishimura, and the Malenko brothers.
So, I'd pre-booked the last show of the first tour, and I was going to crown the first PWFG champion in a match between Yoshiaki Fujiwara and Yuki Ishikawa, with Fujiwara coming away the winner.
It's a no go. Fujiwara gets diarrhea and can't wrestle for a week.

I've played up to June in an April 2005 scenario, playing as WWE. Here are the champs:
WWE: John Cena (starting champ) World Heavyweight: Edge (won from Batista) US: Funaki (won from Orlando Jordan) Intercontinental: CM Punk (won from Shelton Benjamin) WWE Tag: Carlito and Chavo Guerrero (won from Eddie/Mysterio) World Tag: William Regal and Tajiri (starting champs) Cruiserweight: Chavo Guerrero (won from Psychosis) Hardcore: Chris Masters (won from Rosey) Women's: Lita (won from Trish Stratus)
Feuds: Batista vs. Edge (89) John Cena vs. Charlie Haas (81) The Undertaker vs. John Bradshaw Layfield (90) Eddie Guerrero/Rey Mysterio vs. Chavo Guerrero/Carlito (87) Funaki vs. Billy Kidman (76) Lita vs. Molly Holly (82)
I'm preparing the start of a new stable that includes Brock Lesnar, Jeff Jarrett (stolen from NWATNA) and probably Edge.
I'm building up Ultra Mantis Black, Antonio Banks (MVP), Hallowicked, Hade Vansen, Jon Moxley, D-Ray and A-Train among others in OVW until they're ready to move up. Oh, and TNA went to Global for less than a month before being dragged back down thanks to WWE.

Does anybody know of a reference or something that says what the requirements are in EWR for certain gimmicks to work? I seem to have trouble getting the right ones.

Yeah do a Google search for EWR on GameFAQs.
I don't have the link to hand, but its there and it's very helpful.

Also, try to find the Gimmick Generator program. Put in a Worker's stats, suggest a gimmick and it'll tell you if it's a good gimmick for that worker or not. Then again, it's not foolproof. I have a few wrestlers losing overness due to gimmicks that don't work but should. I mean, how does Nikki Roxx with a Fitness Instructor gimmick NOT work? Not to mention Kofi with a Highlight Reel gimmick. If you dislike Kofi's position in real life, then you'll hate how he's practically dead in the water in my game.

I've just loaded up a mod of the 1980's and taken over as booker for CWA as Eddie Gilbert. Who would be good people to make up Hot Stuff International?
I've already negotiated with Art Barr, Brian Pillman and Doug Gilbert but I reckon that I might need one or two more people that are established in the region.

Late 80's? Try throwing in Owen Hart or Rick Rude.
I got a 1990 mod I use every now and then. NWA is pretty stacked talent wise, thanks to free agency. Sure, the Malenko Bros, Wild Pegasus, Black Tiger II, and Owen Hart aren't household names yet, but a few months in developmental will have their stats looking fantastic.

I had a big championship run set up for John Tenta in WAR, and then he goes and gets caught using hard drugs. Also, Bam Bam Bigelow farted and people hate him.

I just started up a new game and I'm using the "McMahon Family Feud" fantasy scenario. Has anyone ever tried this before? I decided to go with ECW. HHH is ECW Champ and so far I've signed RVD and Kane. According to Sophie I should have about 48 workers on the roster, so obviously I still have a lot of people to add. I don't plan on going overboard with the big names, though.

So I am doing a Mini Bound For Glory Series/Tough Enough/Gut Check Combo
12 "Rookies" All will get contracts with either ECW, Raw, or Smackdown BUT here is the twist: Winner of the series not only gets to choose what brand they go on while everyone else's contract is Randomized, but they get a shot at that brand's midcard title
Current Champs: Raw: IC Champion: Ron Killings SD: US Champion: Rhyno ECW: Hardcore Champion: Bradshaw (Though I am having him drop it to Kanyon soon)
Here are your 12 contestants: Chris Hero (Face) Chris Stylez (Heel) Colt Cabana (Tweener) Freddie Stardust (Face) (The Former Carly Colon is now a Glam Rocker) Jay Briscoe (Face) Jimmy Rave (Face) Johnny Jeter (Heel) (Now has a Rick Martel Primadonna Gimmick) Johnny Kashmere (Heel) Mark Briscoe (Face) Nova (Face) Simon Diamond (Heel) Trent Acid (Heel)

Sorry for the Double Post, but I find 2 things interesting
Jay Briscoe vs. Trent Acid recieved 100 Percent on Match Quality, but Audience Reaction brought the overall rating down to 76 Percent
As for The Hardcore Title, I had Bradshaw drop it to Kanyon in a 10 Man Battle Royal (Yes, again), but here are the results
Nunzio by Shannon Moore Rene Dupree by Kanyon Val Venis by Kanyon D'Lo Brown by Kanyon Sylvan by Kanyon Johnny Stamboli by Kanyon Hardcore Holly by Bradshaw Shannon Moore by Bradshaw Bradshaw by Kanyon
....This is a sign of something big
