Here's my Summerslam, there's a huge gap in time between posts, so stuff happened that won't be mentioned, but anyway.... Dark Match: US Championship: Jinder Mahal over R-Truth (c) to win the title, when Big Show interfered. (88) Main Show: WWE Tag 4-way elimination: Shelton Benjamin/Kevin Steen defeat Mysterio/Sin Cara (c), Two Man Band (Slater/McIntyre), and the Coat of Arms B-Team (Cesaro/Mason Ryan) to win the titles (86, which was a disappointment, I blame it on Mason Ryan) Randy Orton over Cody Rhodes (95) Bully Ray over CM Punk via cheating (90) IC Title Fatal 4-way: Dolph Ziggler (c) over Alberto Del Rio, Daniel Bryan & Zack Ryder. Ryder ate the pin. (91) John Cena over Chris Jericho (91) Abyss over the Rock in a falls count anywhere match to end their feud (93). Rock was written out on the next Raw by a mystery assailant. WWE Championship Match: Undertaker over The Miz (c) by DQ. Miz then takes off and runs away. (93) WHC Match: Chris Hero defeats Sheamus (c) to win the title. (93) Sheamus and the Coat of Arms got their revenge on Smackdown by brutally attacking Hero, leaving him prone for Cody Rhodes to cash in his MITB and win the title. So, Hero's first title run lasted 5 days. Show overall was 92, which is a little bit below par for my PPVs. Kinda disappointed.

How many wrestlers do you all keep on your EWR roster? I like having 30-40 as it makes it easier to organize but Sophie keeps telling me it makes my promotion look unprofessional. What's up with that?

I have a great, big bloated roster in my game. I need to institute a roster split, because it's become way too much to handle in one promotion.

How many wrestlers do you all keep on your EWR roster? I like having 30-40 as it makes it easier to organize but Sophie keeps telling me it makes my promotion look unprofessional. What's up with that? When I'm playing with smaller promotions, if I can afford too, I'll open up a developmental territory or specifically hire a non-wrestler as a colour commentator and another as an authority figure. Tag teams as well can take up some roster spots for a tag division instead of having a number of singles wrestlers. My WWE game, I definitely trimmed the roster from top to bottom. From developmental guys like Jason Jordan, Alexander Rusev and Adam Mercer to main eventers like Big Show, Miz and Kane. I also edited the game and turned some non-wrestlers into wrestlers, like Joey Mercury, Sean Waltman, and the New Age Outlaws. Though Joey Mercury is taking up space now. Sean Waltman got over, so I keep him around for my Jr. Heavyweight Title division. It's going to get bloated because guys are staying in developmental longer and their stats are getting jacked up. So I think there's gonna be one huge call up where everybody doesn't want to be stuck in developmental anymore. I currently have 51 roster members with one guy retiring this month, and this counts 7 divas and doesn't count 3 managers. I had to let go a developmental call up because there was no room. Right now, I have 30 developmental talent, a lot of them with jacked stats, but I'll have to make some changes. EWR is great though, and it's fun trying to organize a roster and keep it to a manageable level. The Bound for Glory Series I made up keeps 11 roster members busy (one retired) and I kept one main eventer out to feud with my Champion

Alright, here's a mid-February update trying to catch my WWE game up to current day.
Elimination Chamber Results -Dark Match - Ricardo Rodriguez d Zack Ryder to retain the US title.
-Sami Callihan and Dean Ambrose d Seth Black (Rollins) and Silas (Ultramantis) Black when Eli Cottonwood debuts. Eli joins the Flock after the match because Smackdown GM Mick Foley had banned the Flock from ringside for the match.
-Tenille d AJ to become the new Divas Champion when Trish Stratus distracts AJ. Tenille is getting quite over as the current underdog Diva.
-Wade Barrett attacks Intercontinental Champion Antonio Cesaro during a promo.
-Christian wins the World title in the Elimination Chamber, also including King Truth, Randy Orton, Daniel Bryan, William Regal and Cody Rhodes.
-CM Punk d Kane in a Tables Match.
-The Miz retains the WWE Title in the Elimination Chamber, also including John Cena, Alberto Del Rio, Sheamus, Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler.
Overall Rating - 80% The last two matches kinda came off kinda "meh". Thankfully both Punk and Kane are pretty over, otherwise the match would've bombed due to shitty match quality.
Other News: -Released Tyson Kidd after the PPV due to low morale. It was a Hunico kind of situation where I didn't want to let him go because he puts on good matches but I need to trim the roster. I just had him lose a match to Sin Cara on the Smackdown before the Chamber and he complained that I was "putting him over too much" then wanted matches with IC Champ Cesaro after the PPV.
-Turned Zack Ryder heel. He was getting bitter with Ricardo Rodriguez becoming the lovable underdog face instead of him, especially since Eve has started to hang out with Ricardo as well.
-Turned Jack Swagger face. John Laurinaitis was trying to get Swagger to co-exist with David Otunga as a team but due to losing, Swagger wasn't having it and attacked Otunga.
-Debuted Green Ant in NXT as "Cricket Bigglesby", the British cousin of Abe Schwartz Jr. (Dasher Hatfield). Along with him and Sugartime Mellow (Sugar Dunkerton), they make up the "Your Local Sports Team" stable since they all have sports-themed gimmicks.

I'm having a blast with my TEW10 game at the moment, it's easily the longest game I've ever had going. I created my own company and tried to be at least semi-realistic. I made a stupid mistake that I can't fix, though. When I started the game I had the promotion be owned by Viacom Media Group, not knowing what that does. I just figured it'd mean SpikeTV wouldn't kick me off the air if I sucked, but it means I can't negotiate with anyone outside of Viacom. Which means when my international TV deals ran out, I couldn't get any more because they're not run by Viacom. It's sort of ruining it

So I finally completed Backyard to Global 100%. I have the save file if anybody is interested. I'd like to check it out. Is it EWR? Doing a BY2G game right now. Over two years in, currently stuck at 52% Small. The industry is going down right now (roughly 35% and plummeting), and it's a struggle to keep it going. It is pretty fun though; the only thing that sucks is when other companies stealing talent (Two guys were snapped up by Men of Steel Combat. I cursed them for five minutes). Also, my tag champs now hate each other. Anyone know what that's about?

It's probably that they're sick of teaming together. If their tag experience reaches above 30 from 0, they will develop a Loyalty or Dislike relationship. The more over they are, the more likely they'll be friends.
I will find a place to upload my EWR save and then PM you the link

So, I decided to start up a WWE 06 game starting right after New Year's Revolution where Edge beat Cena for the WWE title. Here is the results for the Royal Rumble:
Kid Kash b. Funaki to retain the Cruserweight Championship
Funaki, in what was considered an upset, beat Kash in a non-title match on SD! to earn this shot. Smackdown's Numbah One Announcah took the CW champion to his limit in this match but ended up falling to a Brainbuster from the Notorious K.I.D.
Gregory Helms b. Jerry Lawler
At New Year's Revolution, Lawler managed to defeat the disrespectful Helms and put him in his place. In the weeks after the event, Helms, embarrassed and desperate to make up for his shortcomings at NYR, tried to goad Lawler into accepting a rematch at RR. After being attacked by Helms in the parking lot before the beginning of an episode of RAW, Lawler looked to make lightning strike twice and accepted Helms' challenge. Unfortunately for the King, youth reigned supreme on this night as he was defeated after taking a Shining Wizard from Helms. After the match, Lawler admitted that Helms was the better man on this night and offered him a handshake as a sign of respect. Helms blew off the gesture, however, and spit in the face of the RAW announcer!
- Melina cut a promo hyping Mark Henry (who was scheduled to face Rey Mysterio on this show for the WHC) and putting over Joey Mercury and Johnny Nitro as favorites to win the Rumble.
Chris Benoit b. Booker T to win the vacant United States Championship.
For several weeks, Benoit and Booker engaged in a best of seven series to over the US title which was vacated after a match between the two ended in a double pin. Midway through the series, Booker suffered an injury and hired Randy Orton to be his replacement. With the score tied 3-3, Orton ended up winning the final match after interference from Booker and his wife, Sharmell. On the next episode of SD, however, Teddy Long came out and said that Booker was NOT the US champion since a replacement had won the final match for him. According to T-Lo, if Booker wanted the title, he would have beat Benoit one last time and not let somebody else do his dirty work. With the lights on bright, Benoit managed to overcome interference from Sharmell and walk out the US champ after forcing the Book Man to tap out to the Cripple Crossface.
Shawn Michaels b. Kurt Angle to keep his job as a WWE superstar. HHH was the special ref.
Over the past few weeks, HBK has drawn the ire of Vince McMahon after calling out the Chairman on his insistence to insult Bret Hart and gloat about the Montreal Screwjob. Specifically, HBK said that Vince needed to "let it go." Angered by HBK's actions, The Chairman recruited Kurt Angle to start targeting his rival. Vince booked a match between the two to take place at the Rumble with the stipulation that if HBK lost, it would be proof that he was "washed up" and he would have to leave WWE. To stack the odds against HBK even more, Vince made Shawn's arch-rival HHH the special ref for the match. Despite HHH repeatedly telling Vince that he wanted nothing to do with the situation and that he had no longer held a grudge against Shawn, he was told that if he didn't "do the right thing" (screw over HBK), there would be "dire consequences." During this match, Angle antagonized The Game by accusing him of slow counts every time HBK kicked out of one of his pinfall attempts. In the end, HHH had enough of Angle's BS and drilled him with a Pedigree which allowed HBK to pick up the victory.
- As JBL arrived into the arena in his limo, he was scared by the Boogeyman!
Rey Mysterio b. Mark Henry via count-out to retain the World Heavyweight Championship.
Due to injury, Batista was forced to relinquish his World Heavyweight Championship. A battle royal for the vacant title was won by Rey Mysterio who last eliminated Mark Henry (the man that took Big Dave out) to win the match. Mysterio dedicated his win to his former partner Batista and his fallen amigo Eddie Guerrero. Not surprisingly, Henry was not pleased at losing the battle royal and demanded that Mysterio give him a match for the title at the Rumble. Mysterio, looking to be a fighting champion, accepted the challenge. In a true David vs. Goliath encounter, Mysterio managed to outsmart the Silverback and defeat him by count out. After the match, however, Henry went on a rampage and laid out Mysterio and several refs!
Edge b. Ric Flair in a No-DQ match to retain the WWE Championship
Edge shocked the world when he cashed in his MITB briefcase and defeated John Cena for the WWE title. With Cena out of action until the Rumble due to nagging injuries, it looked like the newly dubbed "Rated R Superstar" would have no challenger for the Rumble. In comes Ric Flair. Edge, presumably to save his energy for his cash in later in the night, intentionally got DQ'ed in a match with Flair at NYR. Flair claimed that he and Edge still had "unfinished business" and that he would be facing the Canadian at the Rumble. At the ripe age of 55, Flair used every trick in his playbook to become WWE Champion one last time. In the end, however, his hopes were dashed by Lita, who distracted the Nature Boy long enough for to Edge to spear him through a table set up in the corner turnbuckle.
Randy Orton outlasted 29 other superstars to win the Royal Rumble and earn a World Title match of his choosing at Wrestlemania.
In a somewhat of a surprise, the Legend Killer used all of his wits and his god-given talent to win the Rumble and punch his ticket to WM, last eliminating former WWE champion John Cena.
