Since the first thread reached 30 pages and is probably about to be locked...here is part II! I haven't started a new game in a while except for a "kill the WWE when you play as the WWE game," but haven't booked the first show yet. Before anything I made sure to get rid of some of the dead weight. Bye bye John Cena and The Undertaker ;D Here is a link to the previous thread: officialfan.proboards.com/index.cgi?action=display&board=wrestling&thread=375043&page=1

My favorite thing to do in that kind of game is just give people ridiculous gimmicks, odd pairings for tag teams, managers, stables, relationships, etc. It kills morale and gives me the occasional laugh by imagining this stuff actually happening.
I haven't been playing lately, but I did discover significant amount of notes I had collected for work on the '86 scenario I've been slowly working on. I had thought they were lost.

I was finally able to get it on my Mac, which is great.
Here's an issue though. Stephanie McMahon admitted to having a cocaine problem. Poor girl. But, there was no option to send her to rehab. Seriously, I had to suspend her for like, 1 month, as I felt like "do nothing" would be inappropriate. You can't send unsackables to rehab? What gives?
Sara Del Rey had a coke problem too. So did Kenny Omega. Man, I gotta clean up that locker room.

I'm currently running a Chikiara game and quite a bit of people important to my roster got signed to written contracts by other promotions.
Eddie Kingston Johnny Gargano-Who was the holder of the Young Lions Cup Delirious- Was supposed to become tag team champion with MsChif Fire Ant The Young Bucks-Went into rehab Chuck Taylor- One Half of the Tag Team Champions Ophidian UltraMantis Black Cheerleader Melissa-Hadn't debuted yet Jigsaw
I ended up holding a tournament for the now vacant Campeones de Parejas that reunited Icarus & Gran Akuma and brought in Canadian Ninjas,Up In Smoke, and Daffeny & MsChif that ended up being won by The Canadian Ninjas. The current Chikara Grand Champion is Sara Del Ray whose best matches have come from special challengers Masato Tanka & Low Ki.

Was running my TEW 2010 ECW game and I've found out that Bryan Danielson uses steroids. That was the surprising one while Edge, Christian, Rhino, Taz and Kurt Angle all use them which doesn't shock me.
Anyway, into February 2000 of that game and I'm officially the number five promotion in the world. I suspect that I'll soon be passing or have passed AJPW which has dropped heavily and have had to get rid of Kenta Kobashi.
-CHAMPIONS-
World Heavyweight Champion- The Sandman (won the title off of RVD in a TLC match that was pretty incredible.
World Television- Tajiri (just won it from Rhino
Tag Team- The Hardyz (won it from Steve Corino and Stevie Richards aka the new Triple Threat. Have been putting on pretty rock solid displays against teams that have been hastily chucked together.)
Tri State- Steve Williams (My workhorse and number one heel. Since winning it off of Angle, he's been putting on matches rated in the Cs against members of the midcard. Nate Webb is actually the one that has recently got a big rub for going six minutes with him)
NWA National- Jerry Lynn (The former NWA WHC and acting as a midcard title. When I set up my B show that'll be the major title on it)
I'm currently running on Urban America in a late night timeslot and have an average rating of 0.11. Edge (or rather Adam Copeland) is the fastest rising star in the company and put on a B- rated match against Taz as well as having backstage segments rated in the high C's and low B's.

Seriously, I had to suspend her for like, 1 month, as I felt like "do nothing" would be inappropriate. You can't send unsackables to rehab? What gives? I had that happen to Triple H in my game. Even though I needed him for one more show, I wanted to suspend him and couldn't. But then CM Punk admitted having an alcohol problem and I was just like "Really?" and Arsenic'd them both.

Ok, I just downloaded the newest roster and data update and I'm shocked that my local promotion 2CW is now in the game! I'm super pumped and excited about this.

Just finished my first year and I was setting up my roster for the second year, preparing turns and balancing things.... I have 62 male workers. LOL. Including 15 guys I consider jobbers. Think "spring cleaning" is on its way. Kaz barely escaped jobberdom by turning heel and getting a gay gimmick. His love interest which rejects him, will be Richie Steamboat, who had a mentor/student relationship with him. Since Richie got paid too much and turned out to have a overness cap of 52.3% or so, this is his swan-song. Wade Barrett, who is a good performer, unfortunately caps at 61.7%, which is just good enough to keep him out of jobberdom, but again he's a good performer so I'll find something for him to do. Bob Sapp is now in the mid 20% in the US. His Japanese overness is around 72%, so I need to keep an eye on that and see if it moves. Someday I'll post my most recent PPV, which was a my yearly "mega" PPV, which only freaking drew 12K to Nassau Coliseum because of the stupid F business/F economy environment. I had to turn on boom or bust to hopefully start it moving. Oh yeah, and TNA is in big trouble. Their B show got dropped (at least it was live), and Impact has a 4 days late tape delayed spot on Bravo that gets awful ratings. Being TNA, both of their shows were on at the same time. If the ratings don't improve now that only one show is on at once, they might be off TV altogether in the US. With Ted Dibiase Jr. being their champ and their riveting Knockout filled action, this really shouldn't be surprising... Their last B show main event was a draw between Orlando Jordan and Shawn Michaels. Shawn "retired" from WWE to sign with TNA (must be a bug). Guess he gets what he deserves. And weirdly enough, CMLL got a deal with the PPV provider I created and put in the game. It's global except for Japan. And a new TV spot, which granted is only in Mexico, but there are global/continental TV spots in the game. Wonder if that's where my eventual global competition will come from.

OK, I need help. My roster is stuck in 2005 and I don't know where I can update it to today's roster. Any hints?
