The main event of UFC 157 in Anaheim on February 23rd will be Ronda Rousey defending the UFC Women's Bantamweight Title against Liz "Girl-Rilla" Carmouche - which is kinda history making in itself, if I'm not mistaken, that's the first ever openly gay fighter in a UFC main event, in the first ever women's fight in the UFC.
