If all she is charged with is a DUI then she's lucky. Bribery of a public official is a felony in Florida.

Oh, I imagine that's why she wasn't fired--WWE can't very well let somebody go until they are proven guilty, I assume. Why would she get fired even if found guilty? A bit of a double standard to fire her, and not all the other superstars that were found guilty for committing a DUI. |

Because she'll likely get some sort of plea deal, or the judge will potentially give her some slack in her punishment. If you just plead guilty then there's a good chance you'll get the max punishment. You always plea not guilty. |
