It would still be too cold to hold it at Wembley in April.

Don't know why people were thinking Dallas to begin with. It's been out there that the stadium is locked up the next 2 years for a long time. Well HHH and HBK hinted at when they went to Dallas a few months back. But they never hinted that it would be 29, just that Dallas should hold one.

Return to Seattle? Safeco field is probably my favourite mania venue. Or they could hold in that crazy looking football stadium.

Watch them eschew the need to go big and simply end up having it be in Philly, for no good reason.
And then I'll be compelled to shell out my life savings to go.

If it's in St. Louis, I'm there. I live about 45 minutes from the Edward Jones Dome. I hope it's in St. Louis.

Good point about the weather. That's probably why all these stadium Manias are not being held in places like NY... it's too bloody cold. And it'd be pretty cold in England in April too. Maybe we can have Summerslam again instead.

It would still be too cold to hold it at Wembley in April. It'd be about 13-15C plus undersoil heating can help raise temperature if needed. Doubt it would go to London but we can dream <3

If it is The Loo, all I can say is that it's about damn time. You won't have to worry about us not being hot enough a crowd.

This city has handled various events successfully, and once the Super Bowl's done, we'll be a place where every large-scale event will want to visit. I'm still disappointed that WrestleMania 28 is in Miami, and not in Indy. I know it's largely due to the Rock/Cena main event, but nonetheless...

What is with the insistence from Englanders that Wrestlemania is destined to be at Wembley? I doubt, with the internet being the way it is now, that there will be any major PPV outside of North America. No one would buy it at 11 AM on the west coast, and spoilers would be rampant.
And I don't see St. Louis getting it, unless Kronke and VKM buried the hatchet. The weather in STL is way too unpredictable at that time of year to hold it at Busch Stadium, and Enus owns the football dome.

Its not going to be in the UK. I respect the English fans for thinking/wanting it, but its not going to happen because of the time zone difference. You likely wont even get a Summerslam again simply because of spoilers. A 5 hour difference is way too much in the internet age as they would not have it start at 3-4pm EST and an even worse time for the west coast and spoilers would hurt the buyrate. Theres a reason why they've not held a PPV (outside of UK centric ones) there since.
Wrestlezone is also the only place that has this news. Grain of salt until otherwise.
Its going to be a place that has a dome or retractable roof stadium in a major media market unless they're in the south. Cross Milwaukee out. Its not even a top 30 media market. They've never held a Mania outside of a top 25 media market except for Atlantic City, but even that is considered part of the Philly market. Hartford is currently #30, but that is also almost 20 years ago that they held it there.
My guess is Indy if not Toronto or Dallas. They have the stadium and have not had a Mania since 92.

I've got a spare room in my house. They can do it in there. I won't mind.

Well f***. That means we don't get a Mania for at least another 3 years now, if 29 isn't in Canada and 30 is guaranteed to be at MSG. Yeah yeah, I know Toronto got 2 Manias already, but I never got to attend either one, and I can't afford the travel outside Canada at this point. I don't remember hearing any announcement that WM30 is guaranteed to be at MSG.

We'll have to see how the next event goes. If I remember right they have a Raw or Smackdown show coming up near the end of this month. It would be awesome though if they used the Metrodome. Not the best place to have it but for the closest major stadium to me (4 hours one way) I'd be happy with it.

Maybe we can have Summerslam again instead. If it's ever going to be in the UK, it'd be in Cardiff's Millenium Stadium. Roofed, so weather wouldn't be an issue, only Cowboys Stadium is bigger and with a roof. Standard seating is at 72,500, but they can add extra seats at the front to hit 75,000. It's held boxing in November, so April temperature won't be a problem if November temperature has gone fine. And WWE likes going for attendance records and, with standing included, they can go close to 80,000. The only question is that of time zone. Really, outside of US/Canada/Mexico, the only places with a stadium big enough would be Brazil or Argentina. Wrestlemania at the Maracana would be epic - easily over 100,000 spectators for a start.
