I think it's about time that Charlotte got a Wrestlemania. This. Bank of America stadium would be a great choice, and the weather in April in NC is gorgeous. NC rarely ever even gets a PPV anymore. Which is exactly why Charlotte will never get Wrestlemania. Not a viable enough market.

If the outdoor New York thing works for WWE I can see Wrestlemania 31 or 32 being held at the New England Patriots stadium. Also will WWE have the Hall of Fame next year at MSG or the New Jersey Nets arena? The Nets will be in their new arena in Brooklyn next year. If WWE was going to run the HOF anywhere in New York most likely they'd go for MSG. If it's not available due to the Rangers or Knicks, they could always run it at the Theater at MSG, but that only holds up to 5,600 I believe. Brooklyn would be a darkhorse I would imagine. If the Theater is deemed too small, and MSG is unavailable. They could run it at the Izod Center (former home to the Devils and Nets) which is right next to MetLife Stadium, or at the Prudential Center in Newark (current home for the Devils, and for the Nets until the end of this season) but that area is a war zone. Plus, WWE has a long history of events at the Meadowlands so I would think the Izod Center would get first chance. Also, if WWE books up the Sheraton at the Meadowlands for the talent, staff, etc. Then I think that would make it a lock that the HOF would be at the Izod Center. I'd bet Prudential Center would would be in the running for both HOF and other stuff (i.e. Axxess). Its one of the most heavily trafficked arenas in the world right now and while I agree Newark is not great, they still are getting high profile events like the NCAA tournament and such. It all depends on availability. Personally, Id much rather go to The Rock than the Izod Center. I live in Hoboken, so a PATH ride to Newark is easy. I doubt NJTransit would do shuttles to Izod for HOF and such. They only do the shuttles for MetLife events. I cant see them holding anything outside the city bar Mania itself. It was similar in Phoenix, where they held the HOF and such in Phoenix proper and Mania was at the stadium way out in Glendale. If this is all true and they're going to MetLife for Mania, its going to be treated as NYC. I cant see anything outside of the city other than Mania itself. I also think that if this does come to pass, Mania will be held as late as possible.

The Pru Center hit the top 10 this year for events for one reason. There was no MSG. MSG is shut down for renovations once basketball and hockey are done. The Pru Center benefited by getting most of the events that normally would go to the Garden.
Once the Nets have their new arena in Brooklyn, and the Garden renovation is done and reopens year round, the Pru Center is going to be fighting for table scraps (Globetrotters, Trade Shows, high school events, etc.) with the Meadowlands. It's just not in an attractive area and wasn't a very good idea to begin with.

As if it hasn't been obvious since the news about Dallas having the NCAA first came out years ago:
DALLAS IS OUT FOR WRESTLEMANIA 29 AND 30 ACCORDING TO COWBOYS' SPOKESMAN by Dave Scherer @ 8:11 PM on 1/13/2012
The Dallas Observer asked Brett Daniels, who is a media person for the Dallas Cowboys, about WrestleMania 29 or 30 talking place at Cowboys Stadium. He said, " We can't host WrestleMania the next two years because of NCAA Regional in '13 and Final Four in '14. We've talked with them and gave it a shot but couldn't make the schedule work."
