Edge and Lita were a ridiculous amount of fun. The over-the-top slutty heel couple is something that is really missed in WWE nowadays. I've always been more of a Lita fan than a Trish fan, but I'm completely torn on who had the better trashy wedding dress. Both of them were epic.  |

I've always been more of a Lita fan than a Trish fan, but I'm completely torn on who had the better trashy wedding dress. Both of them were epic. Edge and Lita's run from 2005-2007 was one of the best things about the "Ruthless Aggression/Post Attitude Era". Edge was just such a good heel and Lita complemented his persona completely. Was never a big Cena guy and I hate Orton and Batista. Aside from Lesnar who left, I think Edge is my favorite guy to get a push post Attitude Era pre PG era (I don't quite count CM Punk as I think he is a PG Era guy). In fact I think that Evoultion, Cena vs Edge, DX reunion, and The Rise of Cena are the only things the WWE really wants people to remember about the six years from 2002-2008. But because of PG I don't think that Edge's rated R gimmick or Lita's over the top slut counter part character will be reused. |

I liked heel Lita I hated the way she left with the whole thing with Cryme Time though one of the best heel divas ever

One more thing regarding the whole Matt thing, I found pictures of Matt's ex. Would you blame Lita for feeling depressed and threatened? After taking a look at this woman, I wouldn't blame Lita for feeling that way. |

Oh those tits. And they're real too. God I love Lita. No they aren't...but she did have an awesome surgeon. eta- Yea Matt's ex was gorgeous but came across as trash in his videos. She started calling him again for sex when she found out he was on TV and blatantly admitted it. She was a "oops the condom broke" waiting to happen. He admitted causing problems with Lita by telling her she was "pretty but not model pretty" like his ex, and calling her fat when she was on injury...that relationship was a ticking time bomb. |

I think Trish did it better to be honest. Lita is too loved in my opinion. Really? I always thought Lita had some pretty legit heat back then. I know I certainly hated her. |

I remember people on forums saying they hoped she would get fired and they never wanted to see her again...despite those outfits she wore. That's a crazy amount of heel heat for a woman. People viscerally hated her and still call her nasty names to this day. |

Great heel couple. It's no wonder they wanted to recreate it with Krystal and were pissed when Lita didn't want to sign back on.     They're not real?! But they look like they're real... And they do move...Wrestlemania 17 anyone? ETA- but yea you're right--great looking but pretty obvious fakies. Also, there's a pretty funny out of character interview with Edge where the interviewer asks him if Lita's boobs are the greatest tag team in WWE and he laughs and says "I don't know but if there's a reward I'm sure she'll accept it." or something along those lines. Apparently she was very proud of them and didn't mind showing them off. |

The whole Matt/Lita/Edge thing was pretty complicated. There were various interviews done and Matt changed his story a lot. Going by what Jeff, Matt, Lita, Edge and even Cena (gasp!) said on the subject-- 1. Matt was not faithful, he cheated on her frequently with his ex throughout their relationship which led to Lita frequently feeling depressed. He also insulted her and compared the two a lot causing her self-esteem issues 2. Lita was frequently unhappy and Matt didn't treat her like a girlfriend 3. Matt was controlling and manipulative, and verbally abusive according to Jeff 4. Their relationship was rough for a long time and Edge always was in love with/had a thing for Lita dating back to 2000 or so and would hit on her/flirt with her when the other guys were around. Edge's feelings were so strong his wife didn't even want Lita at the wedding. 5. The affair was actually only emotional until Matt and Lita broke up and Edge and his wife separated to file for divorce. Prior to that he'd tried to get physical with her but she rejected him. Her relationship with Matt broke down when she realized she was actually in love with Edge and couldn't stop thinking about him. 6. Matt tried to get her back but was unsuccessful by the time she started seeing Edge, and even tried to see her and his other ex at the same time for a period. This pissed Edge off, who publicly trashed him over it. There's more, but that's the abridged version from lots of shoot interviews on the subject. In that case I don't feel bad for for her cheating on him. If anything it was justified. Matt's horrible. Although I do feel bad for the huge heat she had back in the day (even I who didn't really dislike female wrestlers hated her with a passion back then) it's good it's out in the open now. If only everyone knew this. |

The most Lita ever said on it was that she didn't want to discuss their relationship issues publicly and Matt "knew he wasn't perfect and had done things" and "knew that her relationship with Edge didn't just happen/come out of no where". The information about his infidelities came from Matt himself, his brother, and their friends. |

Mickie James as the crazed stalker near the tail-end of 2005-into-2006 was much more convincing. I was also a fan of heel Victoria in 2002. What can I say, I like the crazy girls. I can't believe it took this long to mention Mickie's WM run in '06. That was so superior to everything... Too bad right afterwards it tanked, but that whole stretch was the best everything in relation to women's wrestling. |

Lita to me never pulled it off as well as Trish did. Something about Trish's aura made it seem more real. There are some silly cones that look pretty good. Trish's were nice, as were Anna Nicole's, for a non-wrestling example. Now that I think about it, it seems like at the turn of the century, the drive behind implants went from making them look as real as possible to making them look as fake as possible.  |
