JB: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is a number one contender's match for the TNA Women's Championship!
JB: Introducing first, from Modesto, California, Melanie Crank!
The former TNA Women's Champion is back to try and reclaim her title tonight! Months ago at Bound for Glory Brooke Adams stole that belt from her. Ever since she's been looking to take it back.
Seriously, she's still on about that? Babe, forget about it! So you lost your title. Big deal! Stop obsessing over it. Not the end of the world, you know!
I dare you to say that to her face, Diamond.
...I'll pass.
JB: And her opponent, from Seattle, Washington, Taeler Hendrix!
And Roode's henchwench is looking to make a statement tonight herself. Taeler hasn't exactly made an impact here recently, no pun intended, but tonight I'm thinking she's looking to do just that.
True enough. It's not everyday that you get a title opportunity here in TNA. Hendrix is going to no doubt make sure it pays off big time for her. But she's got a steep mountain to climb tonight in Crank.

Taeler measures Crank, looking for a spinning heel kick, but she ducks underneath, countering into a dragon screw! Taeler goes tumbling along the mat, rising back up into a jumping neckbreaker! Hendrix staggers back to her feet, Crank reeling her into her arms and hefting her up, driving her down with the Dead Level!
She keeps her down, legs hooked.
1!
2!
3!
JB: Here is your winner and the number one contender to the TNA Women's Championship, Melanie Crank!
Crank does it once again! Yet again she finds herself with another opportunity to recapture the gold!
So it seems. She may have won here tonight, but it remains to be seen if she'll have what it takes to go toe to toe with Adams.
I guess we'll find out soon enough. And not only that, but we'll also found out who will challenge KCW next! Don't go away!

JB: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and it is a number one contender's match for the TNA Television Championship!
JB: Introducing first, from Part Unknown, weighing in at 350 pounds, Abyss!
The monster has another opportunity tonight to make a claim for KCW's title! And I have to believe that's something he'll fight for tooth and nail.
I'll agree with that. This psycho just won't take no for answer! No matter how many times you smack him around he just keeps coming back for more! Honestly what is his deal?!
JB: And his opponent, from Venice, California, weighing in at 185 pounds, Brian Kendrick!
The long reigning X-Division Champion is looking to make his mark in a new division tonight. Kendrick has been laying low these past few months. Something tells me though tonight he may end up grabbing everyone's attention once again.
That's gonna be easier said then done tonight. Like Tater earlier, Kendrick is the victim of a size disadvantage. He's gonna have to scale over Abyss if he hopes to move on to Against All Odds.

Kendrick leaps off the top rope, taking Abyss down with a missile dropkick! He climbs atop for the cover!
1!
2!
Abyss kicks out. Brian grabs him as he rises back up, leaping up for a Tornado DDT. Abyss however counters, flinging him off in mid spin with a back body drop! He follows up, dropping an elbow across the sternum! Kendrick gasps out in pain, rising back to his feet as Abyss lifts him up for a powerslam! The pin follows.
1!
2!
Kendrick kicks out. Abyss stands over him, crossing his throat as he signals for the end. He hefts Kendrick up only to get a boot to the chest, Brian charging towards the turnbuckle and looking for the Shiranui! Abyss however grabs him in mid ascension, driving him down with a Back Suplex!
He grabs the dazed Kendrick, pulling him up to his feet and launching him off the ropes, catching him as he comes back for a Black Hole Slam! Abyss hooks the legs!
1!
2!
3!
JB: Here is your winner... and number one contender to the TNA Television Championship, Abyss!
And Abyss manages to outmanuever Kendrick tonight. He certainly had to work for that one.
So he did, but in the end that freak of nature pulled out the win. Geez, I guess he didn't get the hint the first time KCW whooped his slimy butt.
Well in the end Abyss is going on to face him one more. Will this outing prove more fruitful? Time will tell. For now though let's head backstage to Matt Morgan and Devon. --------------------
Morgan and Devon stand shoulder to shoulder with Sting looking at them both.
Last week, you both took great strides to improvement. Tonight you got a shot that you don't deserve.
Just because you don't deserve it, doesn't mean we'll let this one slip through our grasp. Go out there, kick ass, and go earn this title shot.

JB: The following is a triple threat match is scheduled for one fall and it is a number one contenders' match for the TNA Tag Team Championships!
JB: Introducing first, respectively from Toronto, Ontario, Canada and Houston, Texas, at a combined weight of 525 pounds, Bobby Roode and Hernandez!
Last week Roode came out on the short end of the stick against one half of the champs in Kid Kash. You've got to think he's looking to prove himself here tonight
If there's anybody who can do it then it's the greatest TNA Television Champion of all time! The guy defended that belt ten times, you know.
...Totally slipped my mind.
JB: Accompanied to the ring by Sting, respectively from Fairfield, Connecticut, and New York City, New York, at a combined weight of 590 pounds, Matt Morgan and Devon!
Last week Morgan knocked off Samoa Joe in that whole gauntlet deal. I'd say that earned him and Devon the shot here tonight.
Along with Devon and Sting's impressive performance. These two are always a threat with their size and power game. Could that be the key to contention?
JB: And respectively from Chicago, Illinois and Phoenix, Arizona, at a combined weight of 584 pounds, Luke Gallows and Mike Knox!
These two haven't been around long, but they've been around long enough to make an impact. Knox and Gallows are two mean individuals without a doubt. And they're looking for tag gold, it appears.
And they just might get it. When you have two bruisers like this pair you're gonna be hard pressed to find anyone who can put them down.

We cut backstage where Shaw and Kash are seen watching the match from backstage, looking quite interested in the result of this particular match.
Hernandez has Knox overhead, looking to plant him with a Border Toss! He charges forward only for Knox to drop behind him, grabbing him by the neck and powering him down with the Storm of the Century!
He goes to make the cover only for Morgan to run interference, leveling him with a Carbon Footprint! He drops atop, hooking the leg of Hernandez!
1!
2!
3!
JB: Here are your winners... and the number one contenders, Matt Morgan and Devon!
And Morgan and Devon have earned themselves another shot at the champs! I knew they could do it!
EY's goon squad once again looking impressive. Shaw and Kash better be ready because they've got a test ahead of them next week!
But for now let's head... to the BACK!
Hey.... -----------------------------------
We cut backstage to Kenny King.
So it seems as if Kurt Angle wants to ignore me. It's been one week and I haven't heard the guy say a single word. Well, that's fine. I mean, who can really blame Kurt? After two of the most embarrassing defeats of his entire career, I doubt he wants a third on his record. Now while I would argue that there are more deserving people to be apart of the main event against Anderson and Ryan, I have more important things to focus on, specifically the X Division Championship. That title has a proud lineage, held by some of the greatest athletes to ever step foot in TNA. AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Samoa Joe, Chris Sabin, Jay Lethal, the list goes on and on. It just so happens that both of my opponents tonight, Jeff Hardy and DJ Red, are former X Division Champions in their own right. However, there is one name missing and it's the most important name of them all. Kenny King.
Tonight, I have the chance to become the number one contender to the X Division Championship and I'll be damned if the M.C.O.D. brigade stop me. DJ Red, there was a time where you were promoted as the future of this company. You did things the likes of which the wrestling world had never seen before. Forget the Jeff Jarretts or the Ravens, back in the days of the Asylum, it was Red who everyone was talking about. Time passes for us all though and you changed who you were Red, in the hopes that you'd still be able to fit in an ever evolving world. You sold out to who you were and it brought you nothing but failure. Tonight, whatever precious little seconds you have left on the clock, you can forget about it because your time is up.
Jeff, I hope you're listening too. You came to TNA with dreams of becoming a World Heavyweight Champion, the one piece of gold that alluded you your entire career. You quickly released you couldn't cut it though so what did you do? You latched on to Rob Van Dam because he failed in his dreams too. Rather than accept your faults, the two of you kept up this pretense that you could still hang with the best of them. It even lead to you becoming X Division Champion. Like everything meaningful in your life Jeff, it was gone as quickly as it came and ever since, you've been lost, trying to get back on the right path. Unfortunately for you, I'm the diversion. I've seen you squander so many opportunities, I'm not going to allow you to take this one from me.
Jeff, Red, both of you prepare to bow down... to the King.

JB: The following is a triple threat match is scheduled for one fall and it is a number one contender's match for the TNA X-Division Championship!
JB: Introducing first, from Las Vegas, Nevada, weighing in at 230 pounds, Kenny King!
Hail to the King, baby! Kenny King is unstoppable right now. I have a feeling he's got this one in the bag!
Perhaps, but that remains to be seen. King is a talented individual, but he faces some stiff competition tonight. We'll see if he's up to the task.
JB: From Brooklyn, New York, weighing in at 150 pounds, DJ Red!
Last week DJ abandoned his tag partner, Jeff Hardy, in the middle of a match leading to a loss at the hands of Gallows and Knox.
Personally I'm surprised it took the guy this long to wise up. Jeff Hardy is bad news and he drags down everybody around him. The sooner he removes that anchor from around his neck the better
JB: And from Cameron, North Carolina, weighing in at 215 pounds, Jeff Hardy!
Jeff Hardy is one of the most innovative names in all of TNA. He's revolutionized high flying in general with his death defying style.
He's a lunatic who smears paint all over his face after he huffs the fumes from them. This guy doesn't deserve to the champion of anything but the loony bin! And even there he'd face some stiff competition

King is down, Hardy leaping off and looking for the Swanton Bomb! Kenny however rolls out of the way, crashing and burning. With DJ on the outside King hefts Jeff up into his grip, laying him out with the Coronation!
Jeff flops to the mat in a heap, King making the cover!
1!
2!
3!
JB: Here is your winner... and the number one contender to the TNA X-Division Champion, Kenny King!
A close call, but in the end Kenny King manages to steal this one. I'll give the devil his due here tonight. King pulled it off
Well duh! I knew he would. Kenny King is one of the greatest guys in that entire locker room! Everybody else better recognize it soon too because he might just prove it in a few weeks.
Folks, our main event is still to come. This one is gonna be a doozy too. A triple threat match with a shot at the main event slot on the line. Who will reach out and grab it? Perhaps this man? ------------------------------
Mr. Anderson is backstage, cracking his neck.
Ahem.
Sorry, had a sore throat for a little while.
I know ever since getting the cheese knocked out of my head with a lead pipe, I've been a little rusty, haven't been 100 percent.
But tonight, I reclaim what I should have had before Bound for Glory, when I become the number one contender for the TNA Championship.
Kurt Angle, you got your ass kicked by Kenny King, and now we're stuck having to listen to Simon Diamond on commentary.
Which I hate, because you all know how much I hate a loudmouth.
Joey Ryan, you capitalized on the assault James Storm perpetrated and went on to Bound For Glory to become champion, and I congratulate you for that, but you lost the title and you had your second chance, time for you to go to the back of the line.
Tonight, I come off the bench, I take what's mine and I will get my title shot.
Because I want the title, I want it bad, because I know James Storm's coming for it too, and there's nothing I'd love more than to cause him to fail his little cash in.
I want to cost him what he cost me, and the first step is to win tonight.
Because vengeance has a name and it's....

JB: Ladies and gentlemen it is now time for your Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaain event of the evening! It is a triple threat match is scheduled for one fall and it is a number one contender's match for the TNA World Heavyweight Championship!
JB: Introducing first, from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, weighing in at 240 pounds, Kurt Angle!
The Olympic Gold Medalist has been in a bit of a slump recently, but tonight is his chance to turn things around. Angle is at the end of the day a very accomplished athlete and a driven man. He'll do whatever it takes to win here tonight.
Indeed. He's a real nutjob, that one. But he's got the wrestling gifts you need in this business. Gotta give him that, I guess.
JB: From Green Bay Wisconsin, weighing in at 243 pounds, Mr. Anderson!
And here comes that jerk who hurt poor James Storm! Why is he being considered for a shot?!
Anderson has been on a hot streak recently, knocking off Storm awhile back. He's earned this chance tonight, I'd say, and nobody should take that away from him.
JB: And from Hollywood, California, weighing in at 210 pounds, Joey "Magnum" Ryan!
Tonight is Ryan's chance to redeem himself. Last week he beat Abyss in the main event. He has what it takes to climb back atop the mountain. The question is can he get there tonight?

NEVER! Also... the finish. -----------------------
Angle charges for a clothesline, Ryan ducking underneath and flinging him overhead for a Northern Lights Suplex, bridging back.
1!
2!
Anderson breaks it up! He grabs Ryan and hefts him up, powering him down with a Backdrop suplex! Anderson follows with a cover of his own.
1!
2!
Ryan kicks out. Anderson yanks him back to his feet and spins him around, going for a swinging neckbreaker, but Ryan reverses, turning it into a rolling clutch pin!
1!
2!
Angle dives in to break it up! He grabs Ryan from behind, hauling him up and launching him with German Suplex! He follows with another, swinging the smaller man around with ease! Following the third Anderson charges in, Angle letting go and scooping him with a second series, slinging Anderson about as well! After three more Angle rips the straps down, clinching on the Ankle Lock on Ryan and looking for the end.
Ryan however rolls forward, sending Angle crashing shoulder first into the turnbuckle. He stumbles back, Ryan positioning him on the top rope and taking him for a Mustache Ride! Angle slumps down to the mat, Joey hooking the leg!
1!
2!
Anderson breaks it up! He grabs Ryan from behind, tossing him to the outside! Anderson then pulls the dazed Angle up, planting him with the Mic Check! Angle bounces off the mat, Anderson hooking the leg!
1!
2!
3!
JB: Here is your winner... and the number one contender to the TNA World Heavyweight Championship, Mr. Anderson!
Anderson pulls it off! An impressive win without a doubt! After months of being on the sidelines Anderson is finally getting his opportunity once again!
So it seems, Mike. I can't say he didn't earn it tonight. But we'll see if he has what it takes to take Shelley down when the time comes
