ODB avoids a Float-Over DDT from Sarita and counters with a vertical suplex! She then crawls to the corner and makes the hot tag to Tara! Tara charges into the ring a house of fire, hitting Sarita with a flurry of clotheslines! She hauls Sarita up onto her shoulders as she rises in a Fireman's Carry before dropping her down into a sideslam, going for a cover!
1!
2!
Brooke charges in to break it up! ODB hits the ring and clotheslines Brooke over the top rope, taking herself out along with her. In the meanwhile Tara measures Sarita as she rises, hefting her up for a Widow's Peak! Tara then snaps the move off, dropping Sarita and allowing her to make the cover!
1!
2!
Brooke tries to slide in, but ODB grabs her by the leg and yanks her back out of the ring!
3!
Borash: Here are your winners, Tara and ODB!
Tenay: And the former tag champs pull off the victory! You have to wonder if this means that these two could be in the title hunt soon.
Diamond: One win is hardly enough to justify a title shot, Mike! Anybody can get lucky once!
Sadler: Nonetheless we have clear winners here tonight. This may not bode well for the women's champion and her title reign.
Tenay: Don't go anywhere folks. Coming up next we have our X-Division number one contender's match as Zema Ion goes one on one with the former champion, Brian Kendrick.
Sadler: This won't be one to miss, I gurantee it!

We head backstage where Rosita waves her pom-poms in front of the camera. Once she finishes, Zema Ion can be seen. He removes his helmet and tosses it aside.
S'up nerds.
It is I, the still undefeated, Zema Ion. At the last ppv, I showed the world that I am not kidding. I am the next top talent.
I defeated three other men and earned myself a special prize. What it was . . . I don't want to reveal right now. But it's mine, and I earned it.
Similarly, tonight I get a chance to earn something I deserve. An X-Division title shot is on the line and a chance to go up against Joey Ryan. I know I'm better than Joey Ryan and I intend to prove it.
But first I need to deal with the former champ, Brian Kendrick. While I'm sure Kendrick wants another shot, the man doesn't realize how tough an opponent he is facing. I am more focused on winning than ever before! And I have several things playing to my side that Brian can't handle.
1. Momentum 2. Rosita 3. My tuna juice. DRINK YOUR TUNA JUICE, NERDS! 4. Aggression 5. A winning attitude. 6. The all time leading rusher and passer record at West Virginia.
and that's my 6 points. Follow that up with my devastating extra point finisher, where I punt Kendrick in the skull. And I'm on my way to facing Joey Ryan at Final Resolution. Where I become the NEW X-Division Champion.
AND IT'S GOOD! -------------------------------------------------
*Brian Kendrick is backstage.*
Joey Ryan, congratulations. You managed to do something nobody else was able to do this year, take my X Division Championship. I guess you deserve a small amount of praise for that.
But if you haven't finished celebrating yet, you may want to wrap it up soon. Because I'm coming for you. You now have two things I want, the X Division Championship and the TNA World Heavyweight Championship. And I want both of them back.
So tonight I'm facing Zema Ion in a number one contenders match. Zema, I know you've been on the cusp of winning Championship gold for some time now.
Well let me be the first to inform you that you can keep waiting. I want my title back and I will go through you to get there. I'll go through you, Alex Shelley, Kenny King, Joey Ryan, whoever I have to go through to get my title back.
I'm Brian Kendrick. Thank you.

Borash: The following contest is scheduled for one fall! The winner will become the next number one contender for the X-Division Championship!
Borash: Introducing first, accompanied by Rosita, from Manila in the Phillipines, Zema Ion!
Diamond: Gentlemen, and I use that term here loosely, we are being graced by the presence of a true All Star here!
Sadler: I thought Zema was delusional before, but as of late he's taken that to a whole new level! How many wrestlers do you know with their own cheerleader?!
Tenay: Zema may be eccentric, but he is still dangerous at the end of the day. If his opponent isn't careful we could be looking at the new number one contender.
Borash: And his opponent, from Venice, California, Brian Kendrick!
Tenay: The former X-Division Champion may have lost his belt recently to Joey Ryan, but that has only made him more determined to get it back!
Diamond: Yeah, good luck with that. Tonight he's gonna have to go through a man who I personally feel is the most underrated talent in all of TNA!
Sadler: Kendrick has beaten men like Ion before. And if he's on his A-game I bet you he can do it tonight as well.

Kendrick has Ion in the corner, charging in and hitting a Backflip Kick to the face! As Ion staggers out he follows it with an Enziguri, dropping Ion in a heap. Kendrick quickly makes a cover!
1!
2!
Ion kicks out. Kendrick lifts him up, grabbing him and looking for Sliced Bread #2! He charges into the corner, but Zema Counters turning it into a Hostile Makeover! He then drops down, getting himself into a three point stance as he measures his fallen opponent.
He then charges full speed, punting him in the skull and picking up the Extra Point! Kendrick goes rolling along the mat, laying motionless as Zema covers!
1!
2!
3!
Diamond: It's gooooood!
Tenay: Like him or hate him, Zema picks up the win here tonight despite a strong effort by Kendrick. And just like that Ion earns himself a chance at the new champion, Joey Ryan.
Diamond: Ion is gonna flatten that Hollywood chump, mark my words!
Tenay: Up next we have another return here tonight as Kurt Angle takes on the Icon Sting. This promises to be a good one too.

Open backstage with JB, microphone in hand. He nods as the camera fully shifts to him, speaking.
Ladies and gentlemen, my guest at this time, he is the only Olympic gold medalist in professional wrestling, Kurt Angle.
The camera pans to show Kurt bouncing on the soles of his feet in his singlet, an almost serenely calm expression on his face. Borash turns to face Angle.
Kurt, tonight you face off with Sting. What are your thoughts going into this match, and do you feel that there might be any ring rust?
Kurt looks at Borash, cocking an eyebrow, and speaks into the microphone, still looking at him in disbelief.
JB, are you serious? Are you kidding me? I respect Sting. Of course I do. He's a freakin' legend. But me? I'm an Olympic gold medalist. I'm a wrestling machine. I'm a TNA Grand Slam Champion. I may not be in charge anymore, but I'm still the best technical wrestler in the world today. There's no ring rust on this machine. Any other questions, Jeremy?
Borash nods, pulling the mic back.
I, along with many of the TNA fans, are wondering this: What's the future look like for Kurt Angle?
Angle grins, speaking into the mic as he looks into the camera.
Oh, the sky's the limit. I'm not going to rest on my accomplishments. I've got one thing on my mind, and that's finally becoming TNA World Champion again. I don't care if it's Joey Ryan, Bobby Roode, Alex Shelley, Eric Young, ODB, Christy Hemme, Mike Tenay's mother, I can beat them. I could beat them with one arm tied behind my back! I could beat them with a broken freakin' neck! Stinger, I know you're a hell of a competitor. But I'm not going to stop until I'm king of the mountain again. Oh, it's true. It's damn true.[/b]
Angle claps Jeremy on the shoulder, grinning before walking off. Borash nods to the camera, raising the mic again.
Back to you, gentlemen.

No, in all honesty, you're doing what you should be. Sting spoke, so it should go there.
But, Angle should win this one anyway (His redebut, Sting doesn't need it) so I'd say yeah, save it for later.

Borash: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!
Borash: Introducing first, from Venice Beach, California, Sting!
Tenay: The Icon Sting hasn't been seen much as of late. Ever since the whole debacle with Robert Roode he seems to have been keeping to the shadows.
Sadler: The one thing you can always count one with this man is that he always has something in the works. It's only a matter of time until we find out what.
Borash: And making his return to in-ring action...
Borash: From Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Kurt Angle!
Sadler: It's good to see this man out of a suit and back in his singlet.
Tenay: Kurt has been away from the ring for awhile, but tonight he's looking to make his return in a big way as he looks to knock off Sting.
Diamond: That's not gonna be easy, but Kurt is a pretty vicious guy. If anybody can pull it off it's him, much as it pains me to admit.

Sting lunges in for a clothesline only for Kurt to duck, grabbing him from behind and hitting a series of German Suplexes! He hits one, two, three, four, eventually five suplexes before bridging back for the cover!
1!
2!
Sting just barely beats the three count! Kurt rises to his feet and pulls the straps down, grabbing hold of Sting's ankle and cranking on his Ankle Lock!
Sting struggles to escape, rocking back and forth to try and push him off, but Kurt refuses to let go. He crawls towards the bottom rope, but Kurt drops down into a grapevine, trapping him in the center of the ring!
Eventually Sting has no choice but to tap out!
Borash: Here is your winner, Kurt Angle!
Tenay: No signs of ring rust from what I can see! Kurt Angle makes an impactful return by tapping out Sting in his first match back!
Sadler: The Olympic Hero is raring and ready to go, alright. His opponent better beware because this mad man might just make their ankles snap!
Suddenly the Dixietron lights up to the scene of a large office where our new TNA General Manager, Eric Bischoff, is standing by. He has a smug smile on his face.
Ladies and gentlemen, my name is Eric Bischoff. Tonight, there was supposed to be a number one contender's match for the TNA Women's Championship. However, we've decided to postpone it until next week due to unfortunate circumstances.
However, I am here tonight to inform you of all the lucky women who will be participating in this match. You see I've been studying the TNA Roster as of late helping to determine who deserves a shot and who doesn't. And upon my inspection I found four women who fit the bill.
First up she recently came up short competing for the Women's Tag Team Championship, but she showed me enough desire that I think she deserves another chance, Mickie James!
Second, she was last seen losing to the former champion, Melanie Crank, but I've decided that she too deserves another crack, Hamada!
And last, but not least these women proved here tonight that they too will do anything it takes to win a title opportunity, Tara and ODB!
So next week we will have a fatal four-way to determine who will face Brooke Adams at Final Resolution.
In addition I would like to also announce that we will also determine the number one contenders for the TNA Tag Team titles in the near future.
That's all for now. Thanks for your time and enjoy the rest of the show!
And with that the Dixietron goes black once more.
Tenay: Did you hear that? A fatal four way to determine the number one contender to Brooke Adam's title!
Diamond: That's not fair! How is she supposed to prepare for four possible opponents! Man, I used to think Easy E was a smart guy, but now...
Sadler: I'd say it was a pretty smart decision myself!
Tenay: Well we're not done yet folks. Coming up we have a battle between two men hoping to get back on the right track as Mark LoMonaco takes on Rob Van Dam! Don't go away!

Borash: The following contest is scheduled for one fall!
Borash: Introducing first, from Hell's Kitchen, New York, Mark LoMonaco!
Sadler: Week after week Mark continues to fall to even further depths.
Diamond: Agreed, this isn't the same Television Champion we've seen in the past. Something is missing with Mark as of late. Hopefully he can find what exactly that is and use it to win here tonight.
Borash: And his opponent, from Battle Creek, Michigan, Rob... Van... Dam!
Sadler: Rob hasn't exactly been on a roll either as of late. He too seriously needs to pick up some momentum.
Tenay: There have been whisperings throughout the locker room that both of these men need to step up if they want to have any future here in TNA. We'll see tonight which of them can do just that!
