Keep on forgetting that Show vs Del Rio is LMS now. With that considered couldn't they have found another way to book Del Rio winning the WHC, still putting him over, but not overusing a gimmick. Don't get me wrong I am looking forward to this rematch at Rumble, but still

Hmm... I'd think The Shield would be considered confirmed with that Royal Rumble advertisement that mentioned them as potential winners. I also think its safe enough to say that Sandow and Cody would be in since the actual CHAMPIONS in the tag match are in you'd think the challenges would be too.

Also looks like Ziggler could be this year's Iron Man.

Also looks like Ziggler could be this year's Iron Man. And I can almost guarantee that Cena will be the one eliminating him.

I really hope someone other then Cena wins. I don't mind Cena winning, I guess, I'd rather be surprised the day of the event then knowing in advance like this.
Just had a thought... Ziggler picks number 1 to show off Cena gets number 2... Santino Spot and Ziggler's gone after 1 second?

I'd just like to point out that Hornswoggle and Heath Slater both said they were winning the Rumble last year and neither were in it

I'd just like to point out that Hornswoggle and Heath Slater both said they were winning the Rumble last year and neither were in it But I'm sure both were still listed as being in it based on that... until they weren't.

I'm assuming Ziggler would choose number 1... I mean if you have to choose between 1 or 2 you may as well go for the more impressive sounding one

Ziggler's likely going to be going at least 45 minutes. I just hope they don't do something like last year where Miz and Rhodes went 40-45 minutes only to be dumped out like garbage.
I'm sure Cena's getting the elimination, and I just hate the idea of it. I could be happy with maybe Ziggler #1 and Cena #2 and they both last 30+ minutes before eliminating each other to continue the feud.
One idea I also have is that midway through the match The Shield enters in the middle of the match and starts tossing people out. Maybe this is how Ryback gets eliminated if he doesn't win it. As I said in another thread, I almost expect The Shield to pull an anti-Kaientai enter without being participants, and toss a bunch of guys out and then pick entrants off and dump them till Ryback gets in.
I definitely don't see Orton winning it, and that will further the heel turn. I don't think Cena needs to win in order to set up Rock/Cena II title or no title. I don't think Sheamus is doing it two years in a row. Ziggler likely has an ironman performance but I don't see him going start to finish.
The more I think about it, whoever wins is likely going after the World Heavyweight Champion which is currently a face Del Rio. I honestly wouldn't be shocked at all if one of the mid card champs walks out of the rumble and goes to mania. They can always drop their U.S. or IC title between now and Mania. More likely Barrett than Cesaro though I do see Cesaro putting in 45 minutes and having a great year because of it.
My unlikely prediction that I'll make anyway for the rumble winner: Wade Barrett
My Royal Rumble final 4: Barrett, Cesaro, Orton, Sheamus

So we know Ryback, Daniel Bryan and Kane are in the Rumble and it's likely Rhodes and Sandow are there too. The rest of those guys were probably just filler for tonight. There has to be some filler, because I did a count of guys that appeared on last night's melee, and if you went by that, your Rumble match looks like this. 1.John Cena 2.Sheamus 3.Titus O'Neil 4.Darren Young 5.Randy Orton 6.The Miz 7.Kane 8.Daniel Bryan 9.Antonio Cesaro 10.Heath Slater 11.Jinder Mahal 12.Drew McIntyre 13.Damien Sandow 14.Cody Rhodes 15.Primo 16.Epico 17.Justin Gabriel 18.Curt Hakwins 19.Kofi Kingston 20.Brodus Clay 21.Great Khali 22.Yoshi Tatsu 23.Zack Ryder 24.Alex Riley 25.Michael McGillicutty 26.JTG 27.Ryback 28.Wade Barrett 29.Jimmy Uso 30.Jey Uso 31.Dolph Ziggler Hey, they had exactly 30 guys out there! It's just that Dolph wasn't seen during the last segment, and obviously he's in it.

Chances are that at most of those guys will only be in the Fanfest Tournament matches and not the actual match (unless they win it)... Gotta have room for all those surprise entries, after all. For example...
Face Bracket: Riley Brodus Jey Uso Jimmy Uso Gabriel DiBiase Yoshi Ryder
Heel Bracket: Maddox Otunga Epico Hawkins JTG McGillicutty Primo Tensai

After Vince's announcement tonight that if The Shield interferes in Punk's match at the Rumble Punk will be stripped of the title I can see that being the way it goes down. Punk's about to lose when The Shield attack The Rock causing a DQ and Vince strips Punk of the title which is put up in the Elimination Chamber match at the PPV of the same name which The Rock will win. This way Punk can say he was never beaten for the title and makes him look stronger for his Mania match with Taker.

I have a couple early off the cuff royal rumble predictions: - Ziggler will last until the final four - Ryback will be eliminated by the Shield - Ezekiel Jackson will return... and be eliminated by Big E Langston - {Spoiler}Cena wins lol

{Spoiler}- John Cena - Randy Orton - Ryback - Sheamus - Dolph Ziggler (Entering at #1 or #2) - Antonio Cesaro - Wade Barrett - Kane - Daniel Bryan - The Miz - Cody Rhodes - Damien Sandow - Darren Young - Titus O’Neil - Heath Slater - Jinder Mahal - Drew McIntyre - Kofi Kingston - Brodus Clay - The Great Khali - Jimmy Uso - Jey Uso - Michael McGillicutty
With 23 competitors announced, that leaves 7 spots open. WWE will likely name a few more entrants on SmackDown and will almost certainly leave a few spots open for surprise appearances this Sunday.

I didn't see most of Raw so was it ever specifically said that The Usos and Michael McGillicutty are in it or is someone basing this off of who was in the show ending brawl? I know the roster's a bit thin right now because of injuries but still.
