Probably been mentioned already, but ridiculously over-the-top huge boobs. Those aren't sexy, they're just weird. When used strictly and only for comedy, it's not as bad. But then you have shows that try and use those characters for sex appeal... Case in point, Eiken: From TV Tropes, Eiken doesn't care whether the female characters are adults, teenagers, or elementary school-aged. Instead, it throws massive breasts on most of them. Hell, they go so far as to change boob size mid-scene in the name of fanservice.

I don't think there has been a good anime parody show. I would like to see something like that.

Oh, I agree 100% with that and I'll be pissed if {Spoiler}Captain Commander Yamamoto comes back to life. It just didn't bother me as much in Bleach since we see characters surviving massive wounds all the times, like Rangiku did when she had a huge chunk ripped out of her. yeah if there's one thing that bugs me about Bleach it's that. if you're not going to kill off a character don't have them suffer some horrifically debilitating injury that'd be instantly fatal in real life. it's like when Zack Ryder "broke his back" last year and was only on the shelf for like 2 weeks for an injury that should have by all accounts ended his career. And this only applies to the good guys. Villains who suffer a major injury in Bleach will die unless they have a power up that regenerates them. There was a good character in Bleach literally cut in half at the waist. That is a near instantaneous death. The character in question was floating in the air at the time too, so their guts should have fallen out of them, but hey because they were good they lived.

I don't think there has been a good anime parody show. I would like to see something like that. There was an anime I only caught a couple episodes of called Miami Guns that was supposed to be a parody of the cop genre. Only saw the first two episodes of it, but it was pretty amusing.

That's just a Japanese thing in general, I believe. It's like a kiai of sorts - a way of maxing out their energy at that one point. If you've ever watched a martial-arts demonstration, while they aren't yelling "KARATE CHOP" every time they chop, they do let out a short yell before every strike. And if it's not the name of the move it's something like "CHESTO" (usually in kendo) or "KYYYYYYYYYYYYYAAH~!" Oh, no, I totally get that: happens in plenty of combat sports and martial arts. It's actually having to say the name of the technique, seemingly in order for it to happen. Like I said it's cool when it happens in Street Fighter, and I can give the Kamehameha a pass, but the rest always feel so silly. A big shout, a sign of great exertion, fine, but I fully admit that it got annoying at times playing Skies of Arcadia, one of my favorite games, and having to hear Vyse yell "Cutlass Fury!" before he could actually do it.

The Slayers series is a really good parody of fantasy and earlier Japanese RPG's. Though I thought Try was a pretty big step down compared to the first two series. But Revolution and Evolution-R were really good returns to form.

WELL... blending this with the "parody anime done right" thing, go watch Martian Successor Nadesico. They make fun of that trope in episode 2 (although it's more especifically the yelling of the attacks, although truth be told, that's to show how cool and gutsy the characters are), and you can see basically every mecha trope during the whole series and a bunch of new ones in the movie. BUT, Nadesico brings in something that hasn't been brought up yet that angers many people that are fans of it, although it's not really widespread: the whole story is told through different medium. Like you have the original show, all well and good, self-contained but still open for a sequel if needed (and it was. And it was teased. And it will never happen. Darn!). Then the story continues... on a Sega Saturn game, The Blank Of Three Years. Then comes the movie, The Prince Of Darkness. Finally there's the 2nd game, Nadesico The Mission on the Dreamcast. I mean, sure, there have been CD/radio dramas that told parts of the story in other animes, but whole important chunks of it in games?

I went ahead and changed the title since we're pretty deep into general anime talk rather than pointing out cliches.
And if you wanna see a good self-aware satirical anime, check out Ouran High School Host Club. Not only does it lovingly mock the shoujo/bishonen genre, it's got an extremely likable cast.

I would recommend for everyone Medaka Box..it may see weird at first,or evne usign too much tropes, but it gives a great spin and twist with the Mary Sue,protagonista wins, main character tropes,it is very fun.
