Kelly Kelly (2006-2012) Beth Phoenix (2004-2012) Edge (1997-2012) Brie Bella (2007-2012) Nikki Bella (2007-2012) Chris Jericho (2012) Maxine (2009-2012) Goldust (2008-2012) Kharma (2010-2012) Tyler Reks (2008-2012) And the rest...(people who didn't have pictures on WWE.com) Abraham 'A.W.' Washington (2009-2012) Andy Leavine (2010-2012) Armando Alejandro Estrada (2008-2012) So yeah, a pretty quiet year overall for releases, with a staggering 6 Divas being cut. Anyway, I'll leave you all with Fuel! www.youtube.com/watch?v=G5A3Blt1Ipw

Maxine probably should have waited a few more months.
While the chances of her being lost in the shuffle were still pretty high, all her NXT class managed to get something to do once Beth and Kelly left.

Not the best year for the Divas division.

The fact that Kharma is gone makes me depressed. I remember waiting for her to debut, being extremely hyped when she did and awaiting her eventual return... Oh what could have been.

Pretty good.
WWE actually debuted more wrestlers this year than they lost (I don't count Edge, Goldust, Kharma, or Maxine) with the introductions of Antonio Cesaro, The Shield, Brad Maddox, Big E Langston, and Cameron as well as the returns of Brock Lesnar, Ryback, Paul Heyman, Tensai, Brodus Clay, Naomi, Great Khali, and of course Damien Sandow.

And most of these people either asked for their release or just let the contracts run out. Not a year for the heartless future endeavor crowd at all, really. (Then again..........there's still 1 day left. )

You have to assume that there were low numbers of future endeavors this year because Jericho and Edge both had contracts end. I assume they were both making very good money that when it came off the books bought some of these lower card guys some more time.

I'd imagine any money saved on Edge and Jericho was instantly swallowed up by Brock Lesnar and The Rock.

Do Jericho, Edge and the Bellas even count as their contracts expired rather than them being let go early. You have to assume that there were low numbers of future endeavors this year because Jericho and Edge both had contracts end. I assume they were both making very good money that when it came off the books bought some of these lower card guys some more time. Jericho's the opposite as he was supposed to leave after Over The Limit, but due his band's album being delayed, he signed an extension to Summerslam.

For next year, I don't see many divas leaving like this year. At most I see Eve retiring but I think the current diva class, plus the next divas are here to stay for at least a couple of years.

I find it hilarious that Kharma was there for 18 months and in 2 WWE games, and had one match which turned out to be her last appearance.

I think Kharma has to be in the running for biggest flop in WWE history, no?

(Then again..........there's still 1 day left. ) WWE has come to terms on the release of everyone not named John Cena, Sheamus, Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, Big Show, Alberto Del Rio, or JTG. We wish them all the best in their future endeavors.

I think Kharma has to be in the running for biggest flop in WWE history, no? Maybe. I think Nathan Jones has a good chance at it, but he wasn't as well known by the IWC as Kharma.
