The problem with that POV is that nobody likes the Styles Clash, Angel's Wings, or the X-Factor (seriously X-Pac is the LAST guy to use as a counterexample), and Triple H used to make the Pedigree look like death until his latest face run. Who doesn't like the Angels Wings? I've never heard that complained about. Seriously the Angels Wings is bad ass.

I'm not a huge Cesaro fan but damn that was impressive! Dude is starting to look like a big deal.

Not that spectacular of a move, though watching him do it to Khali makes my hernia flare up.

The impressive thing about the Styles Clash is that he pins the people's arms back, making it look impossible for them to block the impact to their face. It's a short drop, but the opponent can't do anything to minimize it. Kayfabe, it works.
I think the best move to compare to the neutralizer is Lashley or Faarooq's Dominator. The biggest impact is clearly to the feet and knees, but everyone acts like it's to the head.

Nobody's kicked out of it yet, including former World Champions (Khali and soon-to-be-Miz). I would bet that if Cena took it he would sell for it too, unless they're at a PPV or in Massachusetts or something.
