I really, REALLY hope they finally have Steve Austin induct Brian Pillman. He's long overdue for the HOF.

Jim Harris (Kamala) has always been somewhat of a mouthy guy when it came to criticizing WWE over money. But I'm sure he could use some at the moment for medical bills.
If they plan on inducting Kevin Nash and Kamala, I'm not sure how much room that leaves for Bam Bam Bigelow or any other super heavyweight. A lot of beef.

latest newz or rumors {Spoiler} Bob Backlund met with WWE officials last week. He may not be signed on yet though.
WWE is still interested in inducting Bruno Sammartino. Saying that HHH is still hoping to meet with Bruno in Pittsburgh about it.
There was talk of possibly inducting the Kliq or DX (possibly minus Chyna) this year.
My thoughts {Spoiler}
Inducting the Kliq as a group is ridiculous. DX makes more sense, but not without Chyna. If WWE isn't prepared to deal with her this year, then they can hold off 5 or so years or wait until she's dead. There is no need or rush to induct DX. They can headline further down the road.
As for Bruno, wtf? You either have a meeting scheduled with Bruno or you don't. The only explanation I can think of for them dragging their feet is that he has asked for something that they are not ready to hand over. If HHH thinks its gonna take a personal meeting with Sammartino, then get out there already. It seems like we've been hearing this same report over and over again since December with nothing new added.

{Spoiler}It's all part of the plan. Hunter gets inducts with the Kliq, then DX, then evolution then on his own. The Hunter can be a 4 time hall of famer while those losers like Flair and HBK only got in 3 times. Then the wwe can proclaim Triple H is the greatest of all time

{Spoiler}if they put the kliq in i feel like it really screws over the outlaws since they arent part of it. if they put in DX that should be hhh hbk x-pac billy gunn and road dogg rude and chyna i can do with out with out. rude more then likely will get his own induction and chyna may be to much of a mess.
i say put in DX one year then the NWO(Hogan hall and nash) the next year. id like to point out i hate this talking in spoiler crap lol and has foleys highlight package been posted on wwe.com yet? or is he not getting one?

{Spoiler}There was talk of possibly inducting the Kliq or DX (possibly minus Chyna) this year. {Spoiler}This is one of the stupidest f***ing things I have ever seen put forward in thought by WWE. If either of those happen, I'm basically done giving a shit about the HOF. It just proves that WWE doesn't give a f***, and just wants to put over the same talent the way they already did with Flair. Shawn Michaels and Triple H's single's careers stand alone and don't need any extra HOF prestige in that manner, especially in either group that has been presented.
There are only 2 groups even worthy enough of going into the HOF; The Four Horsemen and the NWO. Both groups helped revolutionize wrestling in several ways. Anyone else has absolutely no reason to be there. If you want to induct people from that group, induct them separately. Quit with the f***ing groups.
Any of DX's incarnations weren't special in any way. I liked the original DX, but they didn't set the world on fire the way that WWE would like you to believe. This reigns true even more if they don't include Chyna, who also has enough of a prestigious career to get her own induction. The Triple H led group was even less remarkable, seeing as both Billy Gunn and Road Dogg could go in as the Outlaws. The only person who would attain any means of going in as a group would be X-Pac, who I would still say he's worthy enough of his own induction...although who knows if that would ever happen. Hell, DX had more of a career in 2006, than they ever did during the Attitude Era.
The Kliq going in would be the ultimate f*** you to anyone who had to deal with that crap during their grip on the company. This doesn't make any sense to me, since they were never an onscreen group, unless you count the curtain call. Again, just another dick strokin' contest.
I mean, is WWE really THAT lazy? Can they not do anything new? I mean, I'm well aware that they put their buddies above anyone else, but completely ignoring people as a means of inducting other people twice or more is just pathetic. Of course, I know some people around here will be happy about the news. I don't see how it even does anyone any favors. You could at least make an argument for the Horsemen that guys like Arn and Windham wouldn't be able to get inducted on their own (I'd disagree with that, but I could at least see where they were coming from), I cannot say the same about either the Kliq or DX...which seems like yet another pat on the back for 10 millionth time.
I've practically given up on the HOF. It's WAY too f***ing predictable, it's become kayfabe title in itself. In fact, the only time where it truly felt like a "thank you" was during the initial year they brought it back in 2004. There was no headliner or shit like that. It was just giving some of the big names from 15-20 years before a "thank you" for everything they did. It felt special and it was nice to see guys like Jesse Ventura and Tito Santana come out and say a few words. It was a nice breath of fresh air...almost like a way seeing the vast change that has happened. A thank you to yesterday. Now...it's just a whore spectacle. We gotta have a big name to sell tickets...then hype the shit out of it. It literally is a thank you to yesterday now...always the same faces we've seen a million times before. Nothing like having a current star just get that honor, while there's probably 100 other guys who will likely never get that luxury. It no longer feels special. I don't get excited by the announcements, and haven't since Bret Hart was inducted.
And every year...the same people will make the same excuses. As if they're comforting themselves by lying. Sure, guys like King Kong Bundy, Demolition, etc etc. can wait. Yeah, they can wait, but they won't be around forever. I'd rather not see someone like Bundy get that "honor" 15 years after death or something, while Shawn Michaels is sitting around with 4 HOF rings.

You're right. I forgot about the Freebirds, but I would almost call them a 3 person tag team, as opposed to a stable. But you're correct on that, nonetheless. The point still stands though, and it just seems like a waste if that's the route they're going to go from now on.

DX has been rumored to be inducted, which would be cool.... especially since it will be at MSG. Mick Foley getting the nod is much deserved, and I'm very eager to hear and watch his acceptance speech. Bam Bam Bigelow being inducted by Lawrence Taylor.... and I hope that Trish Stratus and Harlem Heat will be inducted too.

I'd rather not see someone like Bundy get that "honor" 15 years after death or something, while Shawn Michaels is sitting around with 4 HOF rings. {Spoiler} I hate stories like the Kliq/DX stuff because you can't tell if it's true or if someone made it up after Nash, Waltman, Gunn, Michaels, and Helmsley visited NXT last week. Or if it's true because they visited NXT and the discussion was lighthearted at best. The worst part is that we'll spend the next two weeks being disappointed about the direction of this class only for Nash to be inducted and that's it. No DX or Kliq as a group. Foley, Nash, and Backlund should be strong enough to interest fans without DX. Hell, the tickets are already sold out.
What's funny also is that in the same initial report that only said it was discussed and not set in stone, it also mentioned that HHH still plans on convincing Bruno by making a personal visit. Can you even imagine HHH failing to get Bruno and then settling on himself? Or what if Bruno agreed and then you have Bruno standing on stage next to crotch chopping DX members?
From a business standpoint, this really doesn't make much sense this year and I hope WWE comes to the same conclusion.
On the side of speculation. I wonder what Bam Bam Bigelow's chances are if Kamala goes in? Seems like a lot of beef for this class. But he's the only posthumous induction being discussed recently. I am really hoping for a surprise like Toots Mondt or Lord Alfred Hayes going in this year.

{Spoiler} I have to hand it to Triple H, he's determined to get Bruno in the Hall of Fame. Vince most likely couldn't care, but I get the feeling that Triple H really does want the Hall of Fame to include one of the most champions in the WWE's history. I expect people to bring up Macho Man, and who knows that still may happen some year.
