The match was bad last year. I think we we 75% sure Cena would win.... he didnt.; title on the line im 99% sure Cena is winning. The match wont be any better, the lead up won't be any better. It's our main event and I dont care.
Last years Mania was awful outside a terrific Triple H/Undertaker match.
This years Mania doesnt have that, probably not even a Taker epic, so expect a bad Mania again on the level of one of THE WORST Manias ever. And Cena beating Rock doesn't effect things one bit going forward. Rock is gone... and so what>?

@thehistoryofwwe "Predictable" isn't always a bad thing. You could tell 6 months earlier that we would get Rock/Austin at WM15. It still sold out.

I know how to derail the plans of Rock Vs Cena 2.
Someone get me Tonya Harding.

One, it was predictable all the way up to Austin winning and leaving as champion, so yeah. It sold out. On the other hand, two on-fire combatants in their prime pulling together a great match, and it wasn't even their best due to where Austin was at that point in time.

If it turns into a triple-threat match with the inclusion of CM Punk? Cena still wins.

But what do you gain by having CM Punk, who had a 434-day reign, lose the belt only to win it back from the same guy two months later? What's the point in that? If it's a triple-threat, either The Rock retains or Cena wins. Including CM Punk freshens the picture up, but it doesn't change the result.

He's lost most of them the last 2 years. He's due.

I'm not necessarily "done" with the company after tonight, as more so disappointed and disillusioned. I view the Rumble as kind of a State of the Union for WWE for the upcoming year - who they may be trying to push for the next few months/whole year usually does great in the Rumble (or wins the damn thing) and you can always tell they push things to top gear beginning from the Rumble up until Mania and the Raw/Smackdown after Mania. Tonight started so well I feel, then just disappointed. It was like they were teasing what they COULD do, and what a good amount of the fans want (Ziggler unifying the titles for example), but then did their super safe, non risk booking that they have done for years because they have no competition.

He's lost most of them the last 2 years. He's due. Cena's not due for anything. Cena's been on top for seven long years. He's had a 380 day reign. He's an 11 time world champion. He's won more WrestleMania main events than he's lost. He's already a first ballot hall of famer, and he's STILL beating everyone not named Punk or Rock. John Cena is not owed a single damn thing from the WWE anymore.

I didn't buy WrestleMania tickets to see John Cena walk out of MetLife Stadium as the WWE Champion, so I think I'm just trying to talk myself into any way that Cena might not win because I really, really want to go to WrestleMania.
