Ain't getting my money. $60 for a foregone conclusion?
You're NOT gonna beat last year's Mania buyrate with a crappy rematch for Cena to get his win back.
This years mania will gross WWE more money than last year's did by a several million even if it do fall short of the buyrate, and banking on the buys coming in lower is very premature.
Even if internet fans don't like then Rock and Cena are the 2 biggest stars in the company mainstream and there is still big money in that match for a 2nd and even 3rd time. The show is also in the NY area when will get it more pub and the Rock is set to be in two big time movies this year that will get his name out there even more.
Once you get past that the WWE has a far deeper talent pool this year than it did in 2012. They have HHH, Jericho, Rock and Taker all looking to be back.
They also add a big drawing name like Brock, added Ryback who is over and has been in ME angles, have the Shield as a major player over the last few months, Del Rio will be on the show this year and is in a far better position to draw as a babyface and Mexican hero. They added a guy like Cesaro who has been pushed strong and have the who is going to beat him for the US title will be a key underneath story. Wade is healthy and is going to be back after missing last year.
Dolph is in a better position along with AJ who if she does face Kaitlyn is a payoff to a story building since both showed up on TV. Mysterio should be on the show this year after missing last year, the tag team division is in better shape and we could get the blow off to Kane and Bryan which has had a long build.
This show has all the makings to one of the best Mania's off all time and is going to rake in money hand over fist.
