No, and here is my reason.
The Rock is not an active wrestler anymore and it's inevitable that he will drop the belt. Also, like many others have mentioned, he has had a handful of matches since his comeback. Hell, even after his last title loss, he was only around for three months. His last match during that run was at Backlash 2003 then his following match was at Wrestlemania XX. He hadn't wrestled in a match for more than seven years until Survivor Series 2011, then wrestled at Wrestlemania XVIII. He doesn't need the belt at all. If this is going to be a "thank you" reign, then maybe, but with Cena winning the Rumble, it's only a given that there will be a rematch at Wrestlemania this year. There was already a year's worth of buildup for the big match last year. Why have them go at it again? The Rock didn't need the belt. I can only guess that he will be on Raw from now until after Mania because he might use this reign and TV time to help hype up "Snitch" and "GI Joe: Retaliation."
Also, remember when they tried to have The Rock and Cena be for the title until Cena dropped the belt? It obviously didn't happen, but then again, Cena didn't need that title reign.

Yes, for one simple reason: Rock entertains me more than Punk does.
I couldn't get behind Rock in the Cena feud because he was going after someone I had built up too much empathy for. I don't have that issue here.
And don't get me wrong, I like Punk quite a bit, but he runs third behind Cenation and Team Bring It respectively as far as my personal enjoyment.
