You know how there are some games that you know are bad or poorly aged, but you love them regardless? I do. From the top of my head:
TMNT: Turtles in Time Reshelled Sonic Adventure 1&2 Sonic Unleashed WWF Attitude(simply because this is the game where my mainstrea CAWs were born in) WWF Royal Rumble(Dreamcast) Sonic Shuffle TMNT Smash Up Star Fox SNES

Arc Rise Fantasia for the Wii.
Meh story, often awful voice acting, but man, that's an RPG with some excellent gameplay.

The only thing that's aged badly about Star Fox are the graphics. The gameplay is still gold. The original Mortal Kombat has aged HORRIBLY but still has a special place in my heart, possibly because it's the first video game I owned, ever (I was six... not sure how appropriate that was for a first game).

Wild Arms' translation is comically bad at times. it's still one of the best RPGs I've ever played.
Chrono Cross' plot falls apart at the seems towards the end and you don't even get a decent ending on your first playthrough unless you do something needlessly convoluted that no sane person would ever figure out without a guide. but god damn is it a pretty game with an amazing soundtrack.

FF7 and Sonic Adventure 2 are probably the biggest ones.

True Crime: New York City.
I hear more negativity than positivity surrounding it. I can understand stuff about the glitches but the game is really not that bad. It had a decent story to it (It didn't follow the cliche of "my father is dead and I must find who killed him" as the protagonist's father is still alive but is in prison and was a crime boss) and I liked how there was a score chart as to whether the main character was a good cop or a bad cop. I was mostly a good cop.
Also, The Getaway.
Many people didn't like this game for a number of reasons: 1. It didn't live up to GTA. 2. They didn't like the fact that there was no HUB. 3. The fact that one can't skip cut scenes unless one already completed the mission.
Me, personally, I still took the game for what it is. Regarding the GTA comparison, a lot of people didn't realize that it had been in development long before GTA III was made and apart from driving and shooting, it wasn't like GTA because the game was more linear. I did like how one was able to tell how healthy the character was depending on bodily functions (Limping and having blood stains on clothes). I thought that this was a really underrated game.

If WWF Attitude isn't the poster child for "Poorly Aged Games", I don't know what is.

Somehow, it's still fun to play.

If WWF Attitude isn't the poster child for "Poorly Aged Games", I don't know what is. even with its dated graphics/aesthetic and dial-a-move system and health meter, it's still more fun than Smackdown 3 by a wide margin.

I keep hearing people criticize Just Bring It! (I presume that's the one you're referring to) but I never played it myself so I'm very curious: what is it about this game that makes it so bad? Especially when you consider it doesn't seem to be very different from Shut Your Mouth which is generally well regarded.

I have never played Just Bring It either (I still haven't played the PS1 games, either) but I have heard people criticize the commentary. Not to mention doing certain things to unlock Jerry Lynn. Also, Fred Durst as an unlockable character. Not to mention the save file takes up half a memory card.

I absolutely love some really old and less-known NES games, especially "The Goonies II".
But, as for bad games, I actually like Crash: Wrath of Cortex. I just wished that they had paid closer attention to Crash's deaths and not cutting off the music like a Windows Media Player loop.

Deadliest Warrior: Legends for PS3. I saw this game on Ashens's Kusoge Club... And it's actually fun. Horribly broken, but fun if you just play without thinking too hard

FF7
Also, Command & Conquer Red Alert: Retalliation - Still my favourite strategy game, despite the dated graphics. I still occasionally go on skirmish mode now.

Especially when you consider it doesn't seem to be very different from Shut Your Mouth which is generally well regarded. it was a new control scheme and it wasn't well integrated yet. the game had loading times that went for several minutes. after the robust season mode in Smackdown 2, Just Bring It had a ridicuously sparse 5 match season mode with no storylines. most egregious of all though was the play-by-play that was blatantly a cut-and-paste scenario, like something out of one of those crank call soundboards. you got announcements that varied widely in tone over the space of a single sentence, with such gems as "this... SINGLES MATCH... for the... WORLD WRESLTING FEDERATION HEAVYWEIGHT TITLE!... is a good match" and "THE ROCK... has a great... THE ROCK BOTTOM!". and you had the inherently absurd commentary like Tazz commentating on his own matches; "What a TAZZPLEX! by TAZZ!". and Fred Durst was a playable character. it was particularly disappointing because the first 2 Smackdown games were a lot of fun and this was the first one on the then-new PS2, so you'd think the game would have even more features but it felt extremely barebones in comparison to its predecessor. edit: forgot about the absurd amount of space it took up on a memory card.

I actually enjoyed "24: The Game." I tend to look at licensed games with so much suspicion. Games based on movies and TV shows usually don't end up being that great. I know that the "24" game was met with mixed opinions, but I actually liked it. It was like a lost season and the whole day took place in between season 2 and season 3.
