If ever there was the time to ditch the scratch logo and go with the more symmetrical wwe network logo, this would've been it.
I thought it was funny when Rock was talking about this being something that great champions of the past would've been proud of. Other than the sheer mass of it, they probably would've just laughed.

Without looking at any replies on this thread I'll give my first opinions on the new belt. And let me preface this by saying I hated the spinner belt.
This belt is an abomination. The ugliest thing I've ever seen. Terrible, terrible, horrid, awful, and frankly, disastrous. If it's between that and the lame spinner belt, sheesh, bring back the spinner.

Managed to find a bigger pic thanks to lookin around the shop.wwe.com page source code.  Ok, I'll admit, that doesn't look as bad as the one on TV, but I'm still not a fan at all. Though this one at least is on the same level of the spinner in terms of bad, and not worse (to me). |

I don't hate it. I'm a bit more of a traditionalist when it comes to championship belts, so I loved the Winged Eagle, The Attitude Era, and I was even partial to the Undisputed title. That said, I feel like this best is better than the spinner. My main issue with the spinner besides the "Champ" was I always felt it was entirely too cluttered.
I believe that if the W's were the side plates, and the circle with the globe, the logo and the crown were the bulk portion of the main plate, you would have one kick ass belt. Just my opinion.
