This is my least favorite episode in the entire series.
I hate that they killed the mystery of what their talents are and showed the talents of the three so early because they felt they needed to play idiot ball with the three in what really is an episode that doesn't hold up in the slightest. Also, funny how this episode has Sweetie Belle scared of singing in public, but one season later she's singing in the streets about wanting to find her teacher a boyfriend.

Show Stoppers...7/10.
I also don't like the reveal of the CMC's talents and them having to hold the idiot ball for the rest of the episode. Also the pace of the episode was quite underwhelming.
However, it still contained a few good laughs, some nice scenes and I love the CMC theme song.

I gave it 7 too.
The scary thing is, for all intents and purposes, they were going to finish the series without them ever getting their cutie marks. If Season 4 wasn't a thing, they would have been blank flanks forever. Hell, that could still be the case depending on their plans.

Season 1: Sings beautifully but is too shy to sing in public
Season 2: Sings beautifully and sings in public
Season 3: Sings in public but sings horribly.
