EBWOP: Did not vote on Day 7. Not Day 8 since this is Day 8.

Looking at his voting history, Magiconz didn't vote on Day 1, fifth to vote on Day 2 for BRB, 8th on Day 3, 9th on Day 4, 7th on Day 5 , 3rd on Day 6 and did not vote on Day 8. The only time he did not vote for mafia or Joker was on Day 1. However, he did vote for Yami when he was lynched. There is however, one person who this entire game who has note cast a vote on any day phase and that person is Stinger. Both his predecessor as well as himself. I realize that there may have been some RL issues at times but that is a significant period to not cast a vote at all and really has my suspicion raised. I have cast a vote this day phase. As for my predecessors, there's nothing I can do about that. I have no idea why they didn't vote.

I'm going to give Magiconz time to answer the questions before voting.

First of all, really sorry about not posting during this day phase until now. These past five days have been hectic for me.
My stance on Jono is the same it's been since he first roleclaimed. I believe him. At the time, his roleclaim was a pretty ballsy move that drew a ton of attention onto himself. If he really wasn't who he said he was, I feel like someone would have stepped up and claimed the role for themselves by now. There is the small possibility that the JOAT was taken out by the mafia janitor but I'm willing to go bat for Jono when it comes to his roleclaim.
If anything, this whole saga has raised my suspicion of Stinger. He seemed really set on trying to disprove Jono's roleclaim. Was it the actions of a panicky mafia member? I can't say yes for sure but his voting record (by that, I mean the lack thereof) does him no favors.
I'm glad that some people are taking note of my voting record. It's fine that people don't accept that as proof that I'm town but even if I have had a tendency to be inactive, my voting habits have been consistent and I've done what I felt was in the town's best interests.
Any other points I need to address?

Sorry, Magiconz. I think the case is the strongest against you right now considering I feel that all the others are flimsy. I know it's been brought up that you have voted for every mafia member but I've seen plenty of cases where mafia members have thrown others under the bus to get to the end since, if I'm not mistaking, all they need is a 50 percent control of the game to get their endgame from what I've seen. Again, I reference Single H's brilliant gameplay in DBZ: Abridged as an example of this. Vote: Magic knows Black Lives MatterIf I'm wrong, so be it. I've been one of the ones suspicious of you in this game so if I'm wrong you can throw me under the bus.

Indeed. After his unvote, I forgot to add him back in the non-voters pool. EDIT: Some people were asking about a link to the original thread. I know it's a little late now, but here it is for reference: TMNT Mafia Thread 1It's also linked now in the first post, so it's easy to find if needed.

Orange: Have you read through the thread and made any thoughts yet? Magic knows Black Lives Matter: What do you make of all the cases and theories presented throughout this day phase? No, I haven't yet. I apologize to you guys as I'm not being inactive on purpose, it's just with summer in full swing I've been more busy than ever. I'm going to read through it today and make my choice, though.

Okay, guys. Sorry it took so long, but I read through the thread like I said I was going to. I'll take this quick moment to apologize to Notorious and the other players for my hold up, it's just been business that I can't control.
Anyway, these last few pages have certainly been hectic and confusing. Right now, I'm middle of the road with Jono, as I'm not sure if he's telling the truth or lying, and the same goes for Stinger. Right now, though, if I had to lean slightly to one side I'd say both of them are town. However, that's just my feeling right now.
Now, as for Magiconz, a guy that I've had a history with in regards to investigating, I'm pretty much exactly where I was a long while back. There's a chance he could be a townie, and if by chance he is, I'll assume my responsibility with my vote - but that's where I'm placing my vote for now. Perhaps something will pop up to change my mind, but, as of right now, I'm going to do this.
Vote:Magiconz
I know somebody brought up voting records, but those matter only as much as somebody wants them to, and we've seen in previous games that voting records can be used to throw the town's scent off of a member of the Mafia.

Going over all of this I still find stinger's non-voting a bit suspicious. I think at this point I'm going to have to side with Asher and Vote: stinger4christ

Well, if I have to be held accountable for what other players did, there's not much I can do to combat that. I can't defend them, because there is no reason they shouldn't have voted. But if this "record of non-voting" is all you have to go on, that is very weak evidence. I have voted this phase, and have been one of the most active players.

But if this "record of non-voting" is all you have to go on, that is very weak evidence. I have voted this phase, and have been one of the most active players. This phase, yes. What about the past ones that you were here for? While I can understand a bit with the inactivity there have now been 3 people in this spot and this is the first time a vote has been cast by any of them and the vote is being cast against someone who role-claimed quite some time ago with little discussion about it until now. It reeks of desperation to me and attempting to shine a spotlight on someone else. If I'm wrong. I'm wrong. But I hardly find the evidence to be weak. If you want to be accusatory about it I welcome it. I don't have anything to hide and I've been up front with anyone who has pointed a finger of suspicion my way. And while I might not be one of the most vocal ones participating I like to think I am still contributing the best way I can by making an informed vote and providing us with info to look at in the form of the voting on these past few days and speak when I think what I can add is pertinent and to the point rather then spinning wheels. If it makes me look suspicious for being a cheerleader or going on what you would call "weak evidence" so be it. I'm in this for the town and there's been too much time and effort put in to let it go to waste at this point by either following a bandwagon or an accusation being made well after a claim was made.

Just in case I don't make it past tonight I have a few things I'd like to say while I still can.
First off these are the people I'm feeling most suspicious of.
Magiconz: We'll hopefully find out soon enough where he falls in this little game.
Connor: No offense, but his game seems like it has been way too squeaky clean as of late. Almost suspiciously so. I'm not saying his intentions may not be pure, but I've come to find with these games that when something's to good to be true, it usually is.
Stinger: He's on the bottom rung after what's come to light, but I'm still a little wary of him. Though depending on where Jono ends up falling I think it'll answer everything we need to know about him.
Lastly like I said earlier, I'm pretty certain that I was targeted last night, at least twenty-five percent sure. I don't have anything to back that up, but I think that means something, either I'm on the right track or that they want somebody whose been looking in my direction to end up looking guilty themselves. And whoever out there may have protected me, I thank you.
I'm almost certain Asher, Orange, or I will end up dead when all is said and done after tonight. So I'd like to ask both of them as well to leave any useful tidbits they can offer on the table before we drop the hammer and bring this day to an end. We may not get a second chance.

Well I've got nothing to hide, I suppose. Let's just say I was one of the characters involved in the last write-up. While that could be purely flavor text, I'm gonna assume there was a reason my guy was involved in it.

We still need one more vote to lynch, right?
Well I'm not certain on Magiconz and have been more on his side, rather than against him. But I've been a major cause of the distraction this day phase, and if other townies feel Magiconz is a mafia member, I'll join in.
(This isn't putting the blame on others if Magiconz flips town, I'll take my share of the blame if this vote goes the wrong way. But I think it'd be more beneficial for town to get a lynch and have some more information revealed.)
Vote: Magiconz

It mostly is in that it doesn't give away anything major, but usually when a character is involved that means they were targeted in some way. And when they survive it's a pretty good clue to what may have unfolded.
Perhaps I'm naive, but I would like to hope that there is a reason Notorious writes them the way he does. I also have a hunch that I'm starting to overstay my welcome in their eyes, especially since you and I helped lead Brad to his doom.
