{As the crowd dies down outside after the spectacle of Channel 6 being set on fire, the remaining characters gather themselves out on the sidewalk. The reporter in the yellow jumpsuit looks smugly at her boss, confident that he had been wrong in his assumptions. The two turtles, along with their robotic turtle maid exit the front of the building, having been inside checking for a source of the fire. The purple-masked turtle is the first to speak.}

"It looks like we have our culprit!"

{The group stands with bated breath in anticipation of the news.}

"It looks like this was the source."

{The turtle holds out his hand, displaying a fried fusebox and frayed wires. The members of the group look disappointed at the revelation that it was nothing more than a freak electrical fire.}

"Sorry guys."

{The yellow jump-suited former reporter sits down next to her receptionist friend and looks over at her, dejected. The red-masked turtle walks over to the loudmouthed boss and nudges him with his arm.}

"So are you ready to admit that we aren't the bad guys here? Why would we save you if we wanted you dead?"

".... It still doesn't clear you. This whole thing could be a charade to get our guard down."

{The robotic friend of the turtles rolls up to the boss and gives him a robotic hit to the knee. The loudmouth lets out a holler and holds his leg, looking down in disgust. He grabs the frayed wires from the turtle's hand and takes a look at them, before looking back at his employees.}

"It's pretty convenient that an electrical fire just happened to occur when we were at our most vulnerable. Almost like it was a set-up...."

{The purple-masked turtle looks at him with a look that screams 'this again'. The yellow-jumpsuited reporter speaks up.}

"If you think the turtles did this then..."

{She is cut off by the boss.}

"That's not what I'm saying. I'm saying that someone inside that office knew that we wouldn't be alert to a potential attack when we were trying to report the news. This was an inside job, and I think one of you were behind this!"

{He turns and points his finger at his former reporter and the receptionist, who react with shock. The weasely cameraman quickly sneaks over and backs up his boss. The loudmouth continues on.}

"Nobody thinks it's suspicious that little miss newscaster over there left the building right before the fire occured? She was obviously disgruntled about being fired, so she thought she could get revenge on me and my station!"

{She leaps to her feet and puts a finger in his face.}

"First of all, you didn't fire me... I quit! Secondly, that would be a little obvious, don't you think? The police would suspect me immediately! There's no way I'd have been dumb enough to try and get away with something like that."

"Fine. Then it had to have been your clumsy friend over there."

{Irma raises her head and looks confused.}

"M-me?"

"Yes you! Who was the first one to run to the window when we found out about the fire? You were trying to save yourself!"

"I was trying to find a way out for us."

"Really? How? By climbing down the building?"

{The red-masked turtle steps forward towards the boss.}

"She's the one who yelled down for help."

"She wanted help for herself. She caused that fire and it grew faster than she anticipated. So she needed a way out. She knew where the fire was, and that the only way out would be through that window."

{The purple-masked turtle hears this and ponders it.}

"...He's right. Everything he says actually makes sense. Irma knew exactly what to do when it all went down. That scatterbrain of her's in a moment of panic should have never been able to react as quickly as it did. She had time to plan for this."

{The former reporter speaks up.}

"You can't seriously buy that?"

"It's the only thing that makes sense. Right?"

{He turns and nudges his brother.}

"I... I think it could be true."

{The clumsy receptionist stands up from the sidewalk and looks at the faces of everyone. She tries to run, but trips on the sidewalk and falls flat on her face, losing her glasses. Irma crawls to find her glasses as most of the group closes in on her.}

THWACK!

"The Fresh Prince" Magiconz is dead.

It is now Night Phase. The deadline to get your Night Actions in will be Monday, June 17th at 3pm (EST).

{The scene opens up on a somber note. We see the former Channel 6 reporter pulling a sheet up over the head of her former best friend, Irma. She drops to a knee and begins to cry openly as she takes one last look at the face of her closest friend in the world. She gets back to her feet and wipes the tears from her eyes, and in a bit of rage, she walks over to the Channel 6 News van and gives it a swift kick. She steps back and turns, looking up at the news building where she knows the loudmouth boss and his weasely sidekick are safe and cozy after having been the cause of her best friend's death. As the anger swells up inside of her, she makes a beeline for the building and swings open the door. She storms into the building and up the stairs, on her way to confront her former boss.}

"Somebody is going to pay, Irma!"

{After a few moments, she's on the floor where everything recently went down. She pushes her former bosses' office door open, but finds no one.}

"Where are you?!"

{She grabs a chair and throws it across the room, breaking a framed picture on the wall before heading back out of the office and into the room where all of your favorite Channel 6 employees work. Deserted, an ominous feeling comes over the place as our beloved heroine searches the building for the man who threw Irma under the bus. She looks down a long hallway and walks down, slinging open each door as she passes. She mumbles to herself as she continues her search.}

"I told them she didn't do anything, but nobody would listen. (mumblemumble) Now she's dead."

{Door after door wield no results as she heads down the seemingly never-ending hall. She stops and seethes, looking dead ahead as a sliver of light slips into the hallway at the end. April O'Neil storms down to the source of the light and gives the door a mighty push. Across the room, a shadowy figure's voice can be heard.}

"Did you find what you were looking for, April?"

{O'Neil heads over to confront the source in the darkness, but is met with a vicious blow as we go to darkness.}

Bah! Great job, Town! Now get your heads out of your asses and do what needs to be done.

{As the day of April O'Neil's funeral turns to night, the mourners begin to disperse from the gravesite where our beloved reporter is now laid to rest. A group of adults stand and talk off to the side while a few children run around, playing hide-and-seek behind the tombstones. It's grim, but kids can make fun out of anything. Off to the side of that, two brothers throw a football back and forth. We move in closer to see that one of the boys is the child affectionately known as the 'Fifth Turtle'. He tosses a pass to his brother, who catches it and looks back at his brother.}

"You call that a pass? This is a pass!"

{The boy grabs the ball by the laces and takes a few steps back, and launches the ball as far as he can... sending it over the fence at the end of the property. Zach looks annoyed as he talks to his brother.}

"Now you have to go get it!"

"No I don't. You're closer."

"But you threw --"

{He's cut off by his brother's yell.}

"MOM!"

{Zach resigns himself to his duty and slumps his shoulders.}

"Fine..."

{Zach takes off running over to the fence and leaps, grabbing the top of the fence. He struggles to pull himself over, but eventually does. He drops down on the other side of the fence and looks for the football, but sees nothing. He walks around, searching for the football when a cold wind breezes through and chills him to the bone... making him feel extra alert. Something deep inside of him tells him that he should investigate a creepy mausoleum, which just so happens to have its' door open. He looks over and the football comes rolling out of the open doorway, and Zach tenses up. What would his heroes do?}

"Turtle power."

{Zach whispers that to himself as he inches toward the creepy mausoleum... getting right to the doorway and grabbing the football, and then starring into the darkness. He takes two steps forward and stands himself standing right on the doorstep of potential horror. He lifts his foot up to take the final step...}

"Zach! We're leaving!"

{His mother's voice booms through the air and the young 'Fifth Turtle' quickly thinks twice about entering the creepy area, and instead runs back to meet up with his family. Not long after this, they decided to move out of New York City for good. Thus, he was never heard from again.... in this story.}

I couldn't bring myself to kill off a kid. Consider that the same as a night kill.

The good news is that we're not down yet. The bad news is that two of my suspects turned out to be completely innocent. Which makes me feel bad for suspecting them. Not to mention make me look bad.

And now the Innocent Child is out of the picture. I feel town still has the numbers advantage, but if we flub things today we're in trouble because I then expect us to be in LYLO.

What exactly does a Town Reporter do? Is it possible that's like the Tracker role I suspected?

I don't think Stinger had any other role than beloved princess. I think "Reporter" is just referring to his character. The only good thing about the night phase is that I learned about a new role that I wasn't sure of.

I can't tell you how much it bothers me that I was wrong about Magiconz. I genuinely thought there was a really good case against him.

Was the mafia trying to put more heat on Jono because if that's the case, I don't understand that since, to me, that's just a little too obvious for it to be Jono. I've seen that tactic quite a few times and it never turns out to be the most obvious person.

I could be wrong(I've already been proven wrong once) and I'd be more than willing to hear arguments that contradict my theory but history tells me that it's just way too good to be true so to speak.

I'm partially to blame because I believed every bit of the case and argued it until the very end. I felt at the time that of all the cases put against someone, he had the best one against him. I argued it more than anyone else and was the most adamant about it..


However, the person who made the most compelling case against Magiconz was Orange. The problem with that is that Orange was investigated by the cop and found out as town. Do you think that he's not who Yami said he was? Do you think that maybe he did that on purpose hoping someone would pick up on the case and if and when Magiconz got lynched, it would make someone else look bad?

I do believe that because of the fact that a few of the top suspects from the past few day phases have died that there's a good possibility that someone isn't who they say/have been said that they are.

I'm not sure what to say about Orange. Honestly you could make the same accusations about me since I was the guy who voted for Magiconz first two days in a row. And I'll admit right now that I was wrong. Whatever signs I thought I saw and the air of suspicion I thought was hanging over him turned out to be nothing.

That makes me even more hesitant to pursue you as well, Connor. If my other two hunches were both wrong, as proven these past two nights, what's to say I'm not wrong about you as well?

I seriously need to do some digging here. There's gotta be something I missed that will hopefully clear everything up.
