You are given the choice to remove three people from active roles within the company, be it in-ring, administrative or otherwise. Who do you get rid of?
For me it's these three:
- Jerry Lawler: Dude's been terrible for years. It's time for him to go. - Vince McMahon: So ridiculously out of touch. We can all respect what he's done for the industry but he needs to let someone else take over. - Bo Dallas: Need I say more?

Randy Orton-Brings nothing to the table anymore. Boring. No personality and beats all the midcarders.
Kevin Dunn-Just listen to Paul Bearer and Jim Cornette speak about him and that sums up what everyone in the business thinks.
Vince McMahon-Time to retire, brother.

Rey Mysterio - He gets injured while out injured. Enough.
Jerry Lawler - He's a shadow of his former self. He can make a great living traveling the country and doing indy shows & autograph signings.
Randy Orton - He's been there 11-12 years, and for the last several he's been in programs that other people could easily do (and be made stars from, but instead they just seem to be him spinning his wheels).

Kevin Dunn: Incompetent writer.
Vince McMahon: Too old and backward.
John Cena: I don't mind him but the company needs to get knocked out on its ass for a bit to build an actual roster.

I had my finger hovering over the "H" button, but then realized that's a major catch 22 as he is needed, just not on screen.
My 3
- Randy Orton (stalest wrestler on the roster, his matches make Cena's look unpredictable - Kevin Dunn (for reasons already given) - Jerry Lawler (both because he sucks and so he wont risk wrestling another match)

- Khali. No way is the Indian market worth continuing to drag out a wrestler who can barely walk anymore.
- Lawler. That heart attack was a wake up call and commentary needs a refresh anyway.
- Vince. He has to go. The WWE needs a fresh direction for the future because this simply is not working anymore.

Curtis Axel - The guy just plain sucks.
Randy Orton - He basically has no reason to be around at this point, and he'd probably be much more entertaining in TNA.
Vince McMahon - Yeah, it's high time for him to move on. Keep him around as an occasional drop-in character and maybe with some input backstage still, but he shouldn't be the final word on things these days.

For the people kicking out Orton, I never knew being one of the top 5 most over babyfaces in the company was grounds for removal.

Randy Orton - For reasons already explained.
Mason Ryan - It's not fair to keep a guy around just because he happens to look like a certain basketball hating meme-o-matic Superstar. Mason Ryan will always be "Batistwo" as long as he's in the WWE, so letting him thrive elsewhere will allow him to get out of Batista's shadow.
Rey Mysterio - Injury prone. I'm just gonna pay him per appearance for milestone shows, Super SmackDowns, and Royal Rumble appearances. I don't want to have to cut any of the boys just to pay someone to sit at home.

Triple H - Obvious reasons Randy Orton - Done nothing for a long time, boring to watch for me John Cena - Give him a long break, a year or two away would do him and the product a world of good

He gets a lot of cheers, but he can't be trusted to actually do anything of relevance, he's never really been a top sell merch-wise, he doesn't bring in ratings, and his absence doesn't seem to affect attendance either. That's all well and good normally, but I imagine he's probably being paid a ton compared to someone like, say, JTG, and about the only thing that'd come from getting rid of him is more TV time for someone who actually needs it.

If I'm not getting anything in return, then no one. Pretty much everyone on the roster has their uses. Well, except maybe Kevin Dunn.

Curtis Axel - The guy just plain sucks. Watching Heyman clap as he came down the aisle was sad. His body language and way he clapped made it seem like the way the runner up would clap for a winner of something. You have to do it but don't want to do it. Heyman knows talent and sadly Hennig isn't talent. His body language said "oh god I hope they don't find out I'm not up to this position." He's like a school student who didn't do the homework hoping the teacher doesn't call on him.

Actually isn't he just a health and body-building adviser/coach for NXT now?

Well even without his 2nd strike, he was floundering for a good 6 months he lost clean to henry. So Orton may not be a rating draws, but that describes 90% of the roster. So you have a guy in orton who can stay over with the live crowd and can get them interested in matches against heat-less people like wade, just the same if he faces someone like Henry. And this is with no good storyline at all. He has solid to good matches and has proven in the past that he is willing to job clean as a face(In swagger's first title run, Solidify Henry by losing clean, Lost to Del Rio clean, to kane as well) so that has good value to the company.

There's nothing wrong with WWE using Orton to get people interested in Wade Barrett. But Barrett is the Intercontinental Champion. Orton should at least be booked to show an interest in the title. If he's willing to lose clean, he should lose cleanly to the IC Champion, not beat him simply "because my name is Randy Orton", and not care about the title. Randy Orton is stagnant, and his current position and booking keeps the rest of the roster stagnant.
