Curtis Axel - The guy just plain sucks. Watching Heyman clap as he came down the aisle was sad. His body language and way he clapped made it seem like the way the runner up would clap for a winner of something. You have to do it but don't want to do it. Heyman knows talent and sadly Hennig isn't talent. His body language said "oh god I hope they don't find out I'm not up to this position." He's like a school student who didn't do the homework hoping the teacher doesn't call on him. This reminds me of how some people were convinced that CM Punk obviously hated his angle with the Undertaker based on his body language and voice, like it was the mean old creative team forcing him to do things he didn't want to do. Then Punk totally shot down that theory in an interview a week or so later.

Mason Ryan - It's not fair to keep a guy around just because he happens to look like a certain basketball hating meme-o-matic Superstar. Mason Ryan will always be "Batistwo" as long as he's in the WWE, so letting him thrive elsewhere will allow him to get out of Batista's shadow. Actually isn't he just a health and body-building adviser/coach for NXT now? So he's telling the NXT guys where to score roids at?

Triple H - Strictly in an in-ring sense. Kevin Dunn. Jerry Lawler.

Hornswoggle, Wade Barrett, and Jerry Lawler (if King could still take bumps he'd be great to have around as an authority figure, but even that's beyond him now).

Vince McMahon - His retirement alone would greatly increase the chances of WWE improving.
Kevin Dunn - Hates wrestling, but evidently can't find work anywhere else in the world.
Great Khali - Because the poor guy can barely walk, I never understand a thing he says, and he can't wrestle. The "monster/giant" role is already filled by Big Show and Kane, and Khali will probably still find good work in movies.

For the people kicking out Orton, I never knew being one of the top 5 most over babyfaces in the company was grounds for removal. This honestly says you are upset at majority of the posters in this thread not caring for a favorite of yours. We all have what we like and dislike.

1. Vince McMahon: If I could fire the entire McMahon family (spare Triple H), I would, but his presence at the top is probably the most detrimental. The sooner he gets out the way, the sooner the product can improve. 2. Rey Mysterio: He got injured while out on injury! If that doesn't say anything to him, I don't know what will. You've given us enough classics, now leave something for your family. Go home and be a family man. 3. Great Khali: Same as Mysterio, if not worse.
Lawler and Dunn would be my runners-up; Lawler for being so goddamned uninspired for years and Dunn for all the reasons explained above and then some.

Kingston Swagger Orton
All of them do nothing for me, but I can't say they have zero potential left. A few years off, a gimmick change, or moving over to TNA and they could be interesting again.
To truly "put out to pasture" means I never want to see them again. And that would be:
Ric Flair Mae Young Kevin Nash
Hulk Hogan is getting very close as well.

I apologize if I wasn't clear, I'm just talking about the people who say orton is pointless, because I don't find someone who is over and can put on good matches to be pointless, that's all.

Kevin Dunn: While his production looks nice, it's stale as all hell and a change in senior producer may get a change in the the format of the show, which I think is the biggest problem for WWE.
Other than that, no one else really bothers me. Even the commentary would improve with a new format (and if they didn't, then I'd boot Cole and Lawler). I can't in good conscience boot Vince. Sure the product is boring and stale, but he's responsible for the best parts of the company's history too. People say he is out of touch, well he was in 1995 too and fixed it. Maybe he can again. He's earned the right to try. And if he doesn't want to try, he's earned the right to rest on his laurels until he sees fit IMO.

Vince McMahon - Time for somewhat fresh blood, someone younger and without his issues. Kevin Dunn - Pushes the entertainment aspect over the wrestling aspect so kick him in the ass on the way out the door. and if there is anyone in WWE Inc. named Kevin McMahon or Vince Dunn, them. If not, give Kevin Dunn two boots to his ass on the way out.

Rosa Mendes - How has this not been said yet? Adds nothing, not even very good at being eye candy. Jerry Lawler - Just go home, relax and enjoy the rest of your life. Also, your commentary sucks. The Great Khali - I don't care how tall you are, you can barely walk.

Thought about this in depth. I wanted to say HHH. Remove him from t.v. But keep him behind...way behind the scenes.
1.Khali(just why is he still employed. He can barely move) 2.Dolph Ziggler(Extremely boring to me. Never liked him) 3.Josh Matthews(I mean why is he there. He absolutely sucks)
Cena doesn't need to be put out per say but a good solid year or 2 would just do wonders. For him and us

- Jerry Lawler (both because he sucks and so he wont risk wrestling another match) I think keeping him in the WWE would keep him away from the ring more... you cut him loose and he's free to his own devices I think it's only a matter of time until he tries to get himself some indy bookings. (maybe for more money depending on how smart he was with his)
