Jeff Hardy defeated Austin Aries via pinfall at the Basebrawl to score 7 points and get himself to third place above Styles in the BFG Series.
Update: Daniels defeated Joseph Park at a live event in White Plains, bringing up to fourth place with 14 points.

Hoping Daniels keeps the streak alive.

Were there any BFG Series matches besides Joker's Wild this week?

Were there any BFG Series matches besides Joker's Wild this week? I don't think so. There will be one on this week's "Destination X" episode, a rematch of last year's main event, Austin Aries vs. Bobby Roode.

Hey does anyone know who won Styles vs. Bradley on July 13. I don't think it occurred. I found some results from that show with Angle vs. Styles, which isn't in the Series.

Joe beat Jay Bradley at a house show for 7 points according to Dixie. Really disliking just how little of an impact Bradley and Roode are making this year, I expected Joseph Park to be the fall guy but not those two as well.

I never really thought Bradley would make a major impact in this series but I do think he'll pick up a few big wins along the way to boost his star power a little, won't be anywhere near the final 4 though. I think they're going somewhere with the Roode losses. He's only lost to main players so far plus his reaction to losing to Aries this week was somewhat explosive. I expect it's not the end we've heard of that. He'll probably snap and go on a run towards the end of the series.

I'm interested in what they're doing with Roode simply because I trust TNA to have a plan with it since its become a focal point but I expected it with Bradley sad enough. I wish he was booked a little more seriously, maybe one win, but I doubt it happens unless it is a Robbie E. like situation.

I hope the story they're pulling with him is that he keeps coming so close and just missing it so that when he finally pulls it off, it means more. However I'm not holding out hope on that one. With Roode I know it's a storyline and it's one I'm interested in but I just hate to see a guy I love so much go on a losing streak because 99 times out of 100 no good ever comes from losing streak story lines.

Roode doing poorly is an obvious plot point to set up something, but I expected Bradley to be one of the job guys in the series. Just getting on TV every other week is already a better spot than he was in before. Face it, somebody has to be in the bottom half of the standings, and I don't know if I can see someone like Hardy or Aries being in those 7-12 spots.

So far Bradley has lost to Aries, Joe, and Hernandez. I mean, he could have beaten Hernandez, but he wasn't going to beat Aries and Joe.
I think Park will be the Robbie E in this Series. Bradley will probably get a win or two. Otherwise there was no point in him being in it to begin with. Roode's losing streak will probably lead somewhere.

I've said this before, but Bradley should be in the final 4 at the end, in my opinion. They need to make new stars. They're doing a good job with Magnus. But why not have a new guy come up in the ranks and be a break out star. Bobby Roode I see the storyline with it, but with Jay Bradley, he just loses and that's it.

Yeah, he had Hernandez possibly beaten, but Chavo distracted him long enough for Hernandez to recover.
