Bryce Harper may be the biggest douche bag in the league. Guy gets hit by a pitch and wants to pretend he's a fighter. Ryan Braun is still in the league.

However, I doubt that it was an intentional thing in a one run game. Plus, the way he acted during that homer, he deserved it.

How did he "act" I hate this stupid baseball stuff that you can't flip a bat or enjoy hitting a homerun.

Red Sox starting a knuckleball pitcher in his first start with a catcher that clearly has no idea how to catch a knuckleball. 4 passed balls in the first inning. Just 4? I could have sworn there was more. Or am I seeing double from slamming my head against the wall. And now Farrell won't even send him out for the 2nd inning. They're going to tie a phone to his back and let Papi go nuts.

Enjoying it is one thing, watching the homer and flipping the bat just shows a lack of class (in my opinion). Certainly when you're 13.5 GB in the division.

Bryce Harper is one of the most exciting people in baseball today. How did he "act" I hate this stupid baseball stuff that you can't flip a bat or enjoy hitting a homerun. By showing zero class? That's just celebrating, which should be allowed.

I guess I'm too old-fashioned. Agree to disagree, I suppose.

The whole "flip your bat and celebrate" thing seems to be a divide between the younger guys and the veterans.
Baseball players are too sensitive about that sort of thing anyway. I don't really care about bat flipping or watching your homer so much as you don't like, taunt the other team or anything.

YOU'RE OLD!!!!!!!Anyways, how 'bout my Braves? 13.5 games up in the NL East. Hopefully, we don't see another collapse like they did a few years ago. Because I don't think Boston will have that happen again to cover it. But, I digress....

Also, Kimbrel strikes out Harper to end it. Perfect.

The Tigers and Braves have been crazy hot recently, yet it seems that all people want to talk about on the networks is Alex Rodriguez.

I guess it's the trainwreck theory- something going bad seems to get more interest than something going well.
Last year, the 57-win Nuggets got less TV/radio discussion and headlines as opposed to the dysfunctional Lakers that finished with 12 fewer wins.
