What are just some good tips. I am not looking for any shortcuts or anything, and I am not looking to gain massive amounts of muscle. Here are the facts. - I am currently 5'11" and roughly 140 lbs.
- I am a runner, so I am scrappy, but also very toned, and in great physical shape, especially cardiovascular shape.
- I lift weights every morning, and have noticed a slight change(for the better) in my physique, and have put on a few pounds of muscle in the past few weeks.
So what are some more things to improve upon? I will admit my eating habits are terrible. Not looking for any miracles. Just looking to get maybe a little better stamina and gain maybe 10-20 pounds.

By your natural build, I'd recommend that you follow the training regiment of your average japanese wrestler, since more than likely Japan would be your best chance for a successful career, considering what you have to work with and (hopefully) your choice not to get on the juice. Muta penned a fitness book many moons ago, but I have no idea if it was ever translated into english.

Eat steak and eggs. Persian Shish kibob. No testosterone or you will have fake artificial body like that blond jabroni or Warrior. (Some of you may get that)

as good of cardio as u might have as a runner, its totally different in the ring. Run suicides, thats probably the best thing thats closest to running ropes.

Grow seven inches and gain two hundred pounds. Congratulations! You've been hired by the WWE! Sorry, all I had was my smart-ass comment. Oh, and eat lots, often. If you're that size and in good shape, you're probably like me - in good shape but small because you don't eat often or the right stuff. Get into the habit of eating regular meals, big ones, and you'll gain that extra weight while keeping your tone. I'm trying to follow my own advice, but eating can be a chore at times.

An indy friend of mine has been cut so many times by running the ropes, he changed his style completely so he only runs them for the other guy to hit his own stuff.

Suicides are great for ring shape stamia. Gradually make them longer too. Another thing that is a great friend are isometric exercies. For diet? Protein is your best friend. The only way to build muscle the natural way quicker is to have a good protein based diet. In fact, my diet revolves around protein and carbs, because carbs aren't the enemy when you're active and working out every single day. I also use a few supplements (as many guys do). Nothing illegal, mainly stuff like NO2 stacks. Although I've recently been turned onto Xyence and that stuff is lovely. I must issue a precaution though, supplements are not good to be use as a "short cut" because all they do is enhance what you're doing naturally.

Either gain 200lbs or get breast implants and dance for Johnny Ace.
But seriously, I'd suggest going to a gym and using all their equipment. Don't just focus on one aspect but on several so that you look well-muscled when you get there.

Andy Duke, you actually are in almost ideal condition now to begin a real conditioning program with a personal trainer. All you need to do is throw some muscle on those bones; you don;t have any fat or bad habits to lose. Most people go to trainers for help with things they need to do on their own, such as not eating a week's worth of calories in a single day. You could go to a trainer and see real results.

I'm in a similar situation. I've already been training to be a wrestler for a month now. I started out 6 feet tall 150 lbs. I'm at 155 now and I've only been lifting weights for 2 weeks. I'm eating as much as I can, lifting as heavy as I can 3 sets of 8 reps, drinking 2 liters of water a day, sleeping at least 8 hours a day, and taking weight gainer. I take this stuff called cyto gainer. I only take half doses of the weight gainer cause the 4 scoops in 2 glasses of water or milk like they suggest is cholesterol city and a lot to chug down. I just take 2 scoops in one glass of water or milk 3 times a day. keep cardio to a minimum. I still do sit ups because i want johnny nitro abs.
