I know a lot of people think the Orton/HHH heel alliance is interesting and a good thing, but what happens to the other heels now. WWE has an abundance of heel factions at the moment and with Orton jumping to the top of that pack what does that leave for the rest. Are any of the upper card heels easily turnable.
You have Heyman's guys, well Brock and Punk should continue with Axel subbing in when Brock doesn't want to work the road. The Shield I feel either need to be married into the Heyman family or The Corporate Evolution or risk becoming more obscure. The Wyatts I think are ok as they are still new and intriguing and can play the Raven's flock role of doing there own thing across the midcard. The Americans though I think are going to fade off I am afraid. They can't really do their thing on Smackdown with ADR doing the Mexican heel thing there, one heel faction is anti immigrants while the main heel is Mexican just seems to much of a clash, and what's left for them on Raw? Ryback I guess still exists. Fandango doesn't fit in with anything I guess he has a Miz feud coming up he could go face but it doesn't look like they want that. Sandow was looking to break with the MITB win but there are bigger heels then him and no real faces after Cody is done with him.

What if Triple H were really behind The Shield? Survivor Series is born! Shield/Orton/HHH vs. Bryan/Show/Henry/RVD/ ( becomes Cena after his sabbatical from the elbow surgery).

Didn't we complain like a month ago that everyone was turning face?

Didn't we complain like a month ago that everyone was turning face? Nobody ever complained about too many face factions.

I think there's been a serious shortage of main event level heels lately. So if anything, they really needed someone like Orton to turn.
And I can honestly see the Shield splitting, or atleast Dean Ambrose going solo soon. With the Wyatts around and gaining more momentum, I can't see two heel factions staying together for very long.
And I'd hate to see the nuclear heat Seth Rollins supposedly has backstage, hold Ambrose back.

I figured he was just wondering about heels in general, not necessarily factions. I mean, there was no top heel for a while once Cena dispatched Ryback, the only other credible heels just happened to be in factions. I wouldn't be too worried. The Real Americans are just a tag team and will keep wrestling tag teams. Lesnar is probably gone for a bit after his feud with Punk is done, Shield have cooled down and slotted in the midcard and who knows what the hell the Wyatts are doing now. Hell as far as we know Orton may not necessarily be slotted into a Corporate faction, he may still lone wolf it but have the backing and protection of suits like Hunter and Vince.

Put The SHIELD in Eviolutioporation. They can take after their father's footsteps.
Heyman and Axel(and sometimes BROCK!!!!) will keep feuding with Punk.
Real Americans go after the tag belts.
Wyatt's stick around the midcard. Push Wyatt for the US title or whatnot.
Ryback continues abusing backstage guys, until Stan, Patron Saint of Abused Backstage Workers, finally returns and leads them all into a Battle for Revenge

I think the overlooked aspect is that they spent over a year trying to murder eachother, and for that matter, eachother's wives

The difference between the Shield and the Wyatt Family is that The Shield are pushed as three equals while the Wyatt Family simply exists as a vehicle for Bray Wyatt. I'm not sure if I see Harper and Rowan doing much on their own. Even with NUCLEAR HEETZ, The Shield has a bigger upside than the Family.

Yeah my main concern is with a lot of heels in mini alliances did we really need another alliance of heels pushed right to the top? There has been a shortage of top heels but putting loner DB against Vince endorsed groups keeps him an underdog and elevates the midcard heels instead of just leaving them to just coast along the midcard and a return to top heel Orton/HHH.
Just a few weeks ago Bryan was making that guy that pals around with Jack Swagger look amazing. Bryan may have got put over last night, I will wait and see how Trips plays out in this, but the bigger issue I have is that last night COULD have been a step in a new direction that lead to a lot of people getting elevated over the summer fall. We could have had bad guy factions competing to fill that role of Vince's heroes instead of been there done that duo of Orton/Trips.

I say we just call it "beards vs. no beards"
Shave Orton and HHH and turn the Wyatts face.

Orton was one of the few that gave Triple H a vote of confidence.

I'd split the Shield and turn Reigns/Rollins face. The Wyatts can be Orton and HHH's enforcers, albeit difficult to totally control.

I think the overlooked aspect is that they spent over a year trying to murder eachother, and for that matter, eachother's wives And HHH also attempted to murder the other 45 people that were in Orton's house that night. But time heals all wounds... Randy and Hunter, best friends once again.

The not overlooked aspect of HHH/Orton, with Cena going out, Sheamus out, Punk feuding with Lesnar and them not willing to give Bryan the title until probably Mania:
Orton as WWE Champion for 7 months until WrestleMania XXX...
Dear god, who wants to see that?

I think the overlooked aspect is that they spent over a year trying to murder eachother, and for that matter, eachother's wives Triple H split HBK's back with a sledgehammer, leading to an on-and-off blood feud for a good two or three years. By 2006, they were BFF's again.

I think the overlooked aspect is that they spent over a year trying to murder eachother, and for that matter, eachother's wives I actually like that element of it. Even though Triple H hates Orton and think he's a piece of shit, he's still a better representative of WWE as Champion than that hairy vanilla midget Daniel Bryan in his book.

I think the overlooked aspect is that they spent over a year trying to murder eachother, and for that matter, eachother's wives Miz stole Cena's innocence/manhood, and a year and a half later they were teaming up.
