I voted for Kong/Kharma. Let me explain:
Tensai: Look, it's Albert. At the end of the day no one has ever cared about the guy in WWE terms and it's not a new thing. The guy has been around for 15 years. I don't consider him the biggest flop because I had zero expectations anyway.
Sin Cara: He's been a flop for sure, but until he's actually released I can't help but wonder if WWE will push him a bit to see if they can salvage something. Maybe some of this is because I never saw his Mexico work as Mistico?
Chris Harris: Seriously? In 2003 I would have said he was a future star in WWE, but he showed up fat and didn't care. A flop but was barely around.
Colt Cabana: He was never around enough in WWE terms to make much of an impression. Besides at best he'd be a comedy act in WWE.
Low Ki: I don't think he was a flop as much as someone who never got a chance.
Now, Kharma. The level of fiasco here can't really be contemplated. With all the fanfare she had she was brought in and crushed all the divas, yet I don't think she ever even had a singles match in WWE. Then she had the bizarre meltdown on TV, announced she was pregnant, and was gone.

Sin Cara and it's not even close. the others flopped and with the exception of Tensai were shown the door quickly enough to not be an embarassment for WWE. special mention has to go to Colt Cabana for quitting not just because of how little he was used, but also due to rampant anti-semitism on the part of a certain washed up blonde drunk on the creative team. Whoa, really? I never knew of this before. What happened? according to Colt, part of the reason he left WWE was because the head of Smackdown's creative team (Michael Hayes) often said things to him that were very anti-semitic. not so much because he was intending to make Colt feel unwelcome, but more because he's a drunk redneck who doesn't realize how ignorant he is. Hayes has a bit of a history with that kind of problem (he infamously once told Mark Henry "I'm more of a n***** than you"). he's basically a PR disaster waiting to happen.

None of those other guys really got a chance, so by default I'll answer Sin Cara. He's quickly becoming the Mexican Funaki of WWE.
Always around, always there, never really winning or doing anything.

Sin Cara, because if the plans for him had actually gone to fruition, he would be either be holding or challenging for the WHC right now. They were obviously banking on him being a huge draw for the Latino fanbase the way Eddie and Rey were in the past, and it just didn't happen. Instead, he's an injury prone cartoon character right now.
With Tensai, he did get those pins over Cena and Punk, but the end game was never going to be anything more than those two getting those wins back. They never planned anything for 2013 and beyond like they did with Sin Cara.
Kharma might not have worked out, but she didn't flop either. If anything, her Rumble appearance gave her a huge boost in notoriety and she never lost the aura that made her so dominant in the indies and in TNA.
Harris, Cabana, Kizarny, Kaval, etc. were never given any real expectations to live up to as far as WWE fans are concerned. Some of them made it out with better reputations than others (lol Braden Walker), but any one of these guys could show up on Raw tonight with a crazy good gimmick or something and get over instantly.

Sin Cara is a case for forcing certain guys to actually go to developmental regardless of who they are or what they did elsewhere.
If Sin Cara had spent like a year or two in FCW, focusing on adapting what he does well to the WWE way of doing things, he would be so much better off than he is now.

Sin Cara was going to be the guy that captured the huge Hispanic demographic and would help get the WWE more of a foothold in Mexico.
Tensai was going to be a big dragon for Cena and Punk to feud with for a few months each, but ultimately he would probably have eventually wound up where he is now regardless.

I give Sin Cara a little slack because of injury. Sometimes the wrestling gods just aren't on your side.
Braden Walker flat out sucked ass and didn't give a shit. But one could argue it wasn't a flop, because it was almost like he intentionally blew it.

Colt was let go, but he was at the point where he wanted out. He didn't like being down in Florida (this was when FCW first started out) and was planning on quitting if he didn't get a chance on the main roster. Then when they really didn't use him he was fine with it.

I wouldn't say Kharma is a flop. That's like saying Marcus Cor Von was a flop because both had to leave over personal reasons

Had to go with Kharma/Kong, although my initial thought before I opened the thread was Tensai.
Unlike Tensai, Kharma was booked to be something unique. Her initial appearances were impressive. And then she cried in the ring, like, 3 weeks in, announced she was pregnant and left, was mocked by the Bellas, returned with a random Rumble (she tossed Hunico, not Cole) that led to absolutely nothing, and finally released.
Tensai was a dud the moment he took the mask off for the first time, and we all should've known that would be the case all along.
Colt, Harris and Kaval just came across as lowcard hires that Creative quickly regretted and let go. To me, a flop is more of someone like this; but these 3 never got to a level of failure that Kharma got.
As for Sin Cara.........he's a pure midcarder now, sure, but he still gets the ring lighting pizzazz, still stands some sort of a chance and some wins, and is still there. He's a disappointment, but you fire a flop as quick as you can, and them sticking with him being on payroll means they still see value in him.

It's a shame that Colt never got a fair shot. He honestly looks more like a "WWE Guy" than any other "Indy Guy" they've hired (except Cesaro).

I have to say Kong. The build up for her to destroy the entire Diva's division was much bigger than a new heel/face.

Alex Riley had a huge push then disappeared.
Mason Ryan - is he still employed?

I agree with Sin Cara, but Mason Ryan also has to be considered. he WAS getting a big push and tons of protection in 2011/early 2012 til they just gave up on him

Tensai has wins over John Cena and CM Punk...
Think about that tonight as we watch him and Brodus dance around the ring before jobbing in 4 minutes.
