My hope is that the culture of female wrestling in WWE changes, and then Del Rey gets involved on-screen. Things are looking good in NXT, and AJ/Kaitlyn got time to have some good matches. I agree that she's better served training at the moment, but a lot seem to assume that things will never change and it will always be about 2 minute matches and eye-candy, and I think that's going to change down the road.

Well if you have her wear a mask people will be able to focus on her wrestling ability.

Honestly, a masked Diva would make whoever it is very unique within the company.

SDR as a trainer has all of the benefits available to her that any WWE employee gets; medical insurance, paid time off and retirement benefits of some sort be it a 401K, or pension (maybe both). Gotta imagine there's an employee stick ownership program (ESOP) as well. She lives in Florida, which has no state income tax and no cold weather to speak of. Her daily commute to work is probably no more than an hour, compare that to the lengthy plane rides wrestlers have to make all the time. Given the choice, she'd be a fool to take a spot as an active wrestler. This is the best reason Also who called bailey homely? That is pretty harsh. She is cute. But hey some guys prefer their women with penises

I'll be honest - I think she'd do more good as a trainer, but right now...well, unless they call someone up from developmental real quick, AJ's got no real competition for the Divas title. The Total Divas vs the nonTotal Divas will be fun, but that's just a distraction AJ's setting up. SDR could do a quick, short run in WWE just to to give AJ someone to battle against for a few months then continue on as a trainer.

I'd imagine being a trainer has a lot more job security than being a diva would. do you think Bill Demott would still have a job if he just stayed as a wrestler?

Sara is 33 (younger than Layla) and has been considered the best female wrestler for years. Read the thread people. I know she's got a VERY VERY nice gig. That's not lost on me. I'm just sad she can't do at least a little wrestling on TV. Hell even NXT where she works would be nice.

Hasn't it been confirmed by some of Sara's friends that she wanted to work for the WWE in some capacity and they asked her to be a trainer? Plus, I can imagine that it's a lot easier on her.

Even if it's in the vein of Beth Phoenix or to a far lesser extent Kharma, but more similarly to Fit Finlay, just give her a couple years to kick ass then put her back in as a trainer. Although her position is really interesting to me, it's really weird how WWE brought her in as a trainer given how "unproven" she is. Legend status on the independents, sure, but no real big time experience.

Hey Vince, what do you think the fans will say if you just put a cute but regular looking girl out there on tv? Isn't this basically AJ?

The mind-blowing thing is that this woman I happen to find very, very sexy is possibly not on TV because of her looks. They need to realize that they have enough girls with similar body-types, adding in variety will only attract more people.
Is the honest thought that "if we put her on TV, people will turn the channel because she's not hot enough"?
