Vs JBL at Elimination Chamber. I love both guys but it was bad and bland.

Vs Diesel at Wrestlemania. It was a very boring match.

To this day, I still consider the HIAC match vs. HHH to be his worst. The match dragged on forever & ever, none of the action made any sense, it was uninspired & felt even longer than the 45 minute match time. I can take a bad match, but a bad match that's extremely long? Blegh

Vs. Rick Martel at SummerSlam 92. Boooooorrrrring and it seems to be about 9 hours long. Contains plenty of "comedy" and centers almost completely around Sherri passing out.
Just because you can see a girls' ass doesn't make it a good match. It sucked.

Just because you can see a girls' ass doesn't make it a good match. It sucked. It would have been awesome if it wouldn't have been so story-oriented. Martel had mentored Michaels in how to be a heel and I'm sure the two guys would have wanted it to be better. By the way, the ending of the match would have been the seed of Martel's face turn had WWE pulled the trigger on him as WWE Champion. Wasn't to be.

It's the same issue as his match with Perfect, they were great bumping heels. Styles too similar to make a good match.

It's Shawn getting his ass kicked for 20 minutes. From a historical perspective, the match is classic. In ring wise, it's not too good. Too me, The best HiaC matches are Undertaker vs Brock Lesnar and HHH vs Batista. But that's another thread.

As much as I enjoyed his match with Sid at Survivor Series, he match with him at the Rumble in '97 was hideous. If I remember correctly Shawn was sick & Sid was hardly capable of carrying Shawn Michaels.
Also I loved the match he had with Big Dave at Extreme Rules but the lumberjack match they had on Raw was the complete opposite of that match -- completely awkward & badly done.

Just thought of another:
w/ Marty Jannetty Vs. Power and Glory (SummerSlam 1990)
Not sure if it should count as Shawn spent most of the match out of the ring with an injured leg, but oh well.

I'll be honest, considering how obviously broken down Hogan was at the time, Overselling everything like a spoiled child was pretty much the only way for HBK to make the match entertaining.

Here's what I've added, so far.
1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. 8. 9. Vs. Psycho Sid (Royal Rumble 1997) 10. Vs. Mr. Perfect (SummerSlam 1993)
Still thinking about the others (the Hogan match opinion seems split).

I'm not gonna lie, I LOVE that Hogan match at Summerslam. Hogan is basically Captain America right? It makes sense he'd be able to throw Shawn around like a pinball. I wish MORE wrestling was sold in such an over the top way. It's a comic book man. Go big or go home. I coompletely agree. That's exactly how you're supposed to sell for Hogan. I never bought into the idea that HBK was being unprofessional; it just seemed to me like he was doing the same thing most heels in the '80s did for Hogan. Besides, his pinball style bumping did enough to make up for Hogan's decreased mobility that it made it feel a lot more like a classic Hogan match than it probably would have otherwise.

I'd also have to add the HIAC match from Bad Blood 2004 with HHH as it was just a chore to sit through, not one of their better showings,IMO.
Also, I didn't think their 3 stages of Hell match from Armageddon 2002 was all that good either.

As much as I'm a fan of both men...
...So many of those HBK vs. HHH matches from the early to mid 2000's bleed together, whether on PPV or RAW. Aside from the now infamous street fight where HBK returned in. I seriously never thought it was possible I could tire of a combination of two of my favorite wrestlers till those guys did that ridiculously lengthy feud.

Wait, we're talking about the Hogan/Michaels feud and Shawn is the one who wouldn't put someone over/was acting like a child? Does anyone honestly believe Shawn would have sold Hogan's offense like he did were he the one booked to come out victorious? Please. Shawn threw his toys out of the pram because he came up against someone better at the backstage games than he is. the story is Hogan was supposed to win one, then lose one then Hogan pulled out of the second match

Considering he never made it into the ring, I wouldn't count it. His dumbass smashed his motorcycle up and Animal had to tape his knee just so he could get knocked out of the match.

vs Mr Perfect at Summerslam 93 Given the people involved you'd expect a great match, Nope it was ASS That would be more disappointing than bad. I agree with you. I was going to say his match vs Flair from Bad Blood 2003, but again, it was just disappointing, and nothing like their WM 24 match.

1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Vs. Rick Martel (SummerSlam 1992) 8. Vs. Jim Duggan (Raw 1993) 9. Vs. Psycho Sid (Royal Rumble 1997) 10. Vs. Mr. Perfect (SummerSlam 1993)
Anymore suggestions? Or anyone agree with the other matches posted?

DX vs. Spirit Squad-Vengeance 2006. This should've been on Raw, not going on last on a PPV. A glorified squash match.
