If you notice, the video is slowed down when Fluttershy laughs. The same thing happened with the joy buzzer scene in "Griffon The Brush-Off". There is actually nothing wrong with the videos.
This is just a remnant of Japan trying to prevent another 1997 Pokemon disaster by slowing down every scene with flickering lights.

oh and watched a load yesterday ..... all non pony ..... don't don't build those gallows just yet  THE ARRIVAL - premiered on the horror channel WORLD WAR Z - "obtained" bluray  ROBOT JOX - got off youtube and then this beauty ..... at 3am ..... beware it's an hour long and in japanese so it's nuts  |
