Oh you lot think that's bad, just wait until you see my category. Heh, they're all do-able, just have to find the right combinations.

Reminders sent to the remaining contestants. Gave them a deadline for tomorrow afternoon/early evening. They've gotten back with me earlier, so I don't expect them to no-show the deadline but I do want to give them some time while having a solid deadline. If something really comes up to delay things, they need to contact me.

I'm going to extend the deadline to Friday. I hope to get them in sooner but I'm getting legit reasons why the time will be needed. Nothing serious but perfectly understandable, in terms of being busy. Love seeing this game play thorough but real life stuff comes first.
I'm going to (insanely) attempt to come up with a personal top ten song list and also do a top 5 per contestant to keep the thread going and I invite everyone else to do the same and maybe just chit chat. Wouldn't mind seeing a bit more of that.
4 quartets out of 5 are now in for Round 39: Another Day in the Life of... .

Ooh, I'd been thinking we'd have to wait a few months for the Reunion Thread for that!

I'm in a different country right now. Without data from my phone provider. And I'm on a killer schedule while on this whirlwind tour. I'd already anticipated finding it near impossible to submit songs from now until Sept 14. YET, all the while, we are still two rounds behind because others cant pick four songs. And I still find a way to check the game I *committed* to (there is a strange word, odd for Forum Games section) and even reply to (i.e., this very post).
I'm sure there is a point in there somewhere. Just play Where's Waldo and look for it. (While you're looking for songs.)

I have established the 180 I did on that song, and will probably establish it again at least once more at the Reunion Thread.
No clue why it's double spoiling.

Haven't listened to the songs yet,but on first glance of the entries there are 3 this round I am surprised haven't been used in a previous season already.

Literally multiple artists used this round that were in my mental playlist to use in later rounds. That's a heck of a group of songs. One in particular has me halfway complaining under my breath that I can't use it as my go-to in a later round.
Also, one song I mark hard for because I've literally thought to use it 50 times but I don't have the guts to pick it. Always much respect for my fellow players when that happens.

Just started listening to this round's choices now. After hearing the comments from my fellow judges, I'm excited to see what you all came up with this round.
With any luck my scores should be in later tonight.

@irontyger, I feel like the Janet Jackson pick should be disallowed, because the rules said that you couldn't use an act that had actually performed at a Halftime Show for that category.
Granted it was a double-bill with Justin Timberlake, but she was involved with one.
