Yeah. Guys have risked being able to walk for wrestling. How dare you stop wrestling because you got hurt. WE WANT TO BE ENTERTIANED! f*** YOUR WELL BEING! He dislocated a finger. Plus Del Rio kicked the crap out of him afterward. In a job where you're handling your opponant a lot of the time, I'd say a finger is a bad injury to have, you might suddenly drop someone dangerously because of it.

The fact is that his handling of the dislocated finger obviously didn't sit well with his bosses or his peers. It's not about the fans. Its about the fact that he's in a job where guys regularly work through much worse.

To be fair to Sin Cara and his busted finger, his moveset does seem like it would require a good amount of dexterity.

Working injured is a stupid idea.if they expect working injured maybe wrestlers should have insurance then.

The fact remains the same, the way that went down would tend to piss off people in the industry.

He was heavily hyped, more so than most signings of the last ten years. He had weeks of vignettes and debuted the night after WrestleMania, traditionally reserved some some of their major prospects/returns.
Since he debuted, he's never really been able to find traction. Before he could really take off, he'd would get injured and would miss TV time. He has at times been booked like a lower midcard wrestler. I think the best moments for him have been the crossbody to the outside during his debut (it was beautiful) and his brief tag team with Rey Mysterio.
It's only fair to say he has not lived up to expectations. WWE sent out a press release about his signing and made it a media event with a picture of Sin Cara with Triple H or Jim Ross. So much hype and he hasn't been able to live up to it.
Perhaps the best thing to come of his signing (for WWE) is that Sin Cara merchandise sells well internationally.

He had the talent, but like mentioned already, he was used to working a much faster style down in Mexico. Also didn't help that he didn't speak English, which doesn't help when you have to call spots during the match.

I will say this for Sin Cara, it was the doctor who elected to stop the match.
