In my estimation, there is no chance in hell that Batista wins the Rumble. How do you figure that? Call it a bizarre hunch. I can't explain exactly why I don't think he wins, but I'm pretty sure he won't.

It's really between Punk & Batista, and if Bryan is in it than him too. There's no else who could possibly win it, unless somehow whoever loses the Orton/Cena match gets to enter the rumble & wins. It would suck, but it would be something different in the sense of the loser of a title match at the Rumble wins the rumble.

Big Dave, master of the Game Genie title shot code, would not be coming back for two years if he wasn't promised one of the top, oh, two spots in the company. If he doesn't win the Rumble, then he gets his title shot next month but this makes the most sense given that he's closing in on 50.

No way in hell is Batista coming back to get stuck in a feud with someone as heatless as Alberto. I'm not saying that he's definitely winning, but Batista is my front runner at the moment.

I don't know that he get the Rumble win and then the belt at Mania but going into Summerslam and him having to do media for Guardians, oh yeah. WWE craves that level of publicity.

Batista will be WWE Champion, make no mistake, but not during Mania season. It'll be right around the release date for Guardians of the Galaxy, much like how Dwayne was Champ when he had about five or six movies releasing right before WM29 last year.

What kind of crowd is Pittsburgh usually? I seem to remember them as being kind of lame.

What kind of crowd is Pittsburgh usually? I seem to remember them as being kind of lame. It tends to waffle between lukewarm and enthusiastic, depending on the event and whoever is on the card. Strange as it sounds, there have been times I've heard people cheer louder during dark matches than some main events. Be warned weather is predicted to be about 24 degrees Fahrenheit with snow showers next Sunday...but weather around here usually changes as often as I do my socks.

Oddly enough, I'm a bit nervous for Batista. I think him coming back should be a great occasion, because of all the fun awkwardness and photoshop potential he'll probably once again spawn. But if he wins the Rumble, that'll all go up in smoke because (not just here, but all over the net) he'll likely be the subject of countless serious discussion on WWE allegedly not listening to its fans. I could deal with Bryan not winning the Rumble if that weren't looming over the horizon.

I'm guessing Batista shows up when Alberto is in the ring and eliminates him in seconds.
Then, if Batista isn't winning, Del Rio shows up and costs him the match, setting up a singles match between them at the next pay per view/Raw.

Honestly, and I know this is going to lead to that stupid, "See you next week," crap people always respond with, if Batista wins the Rumble I can't see myself watching again until after Mania. Like, at all. I pretty much stopped giving a damn about Batista as a face after his Triple H feud ended, and I have no more interest in seeing it now than I did in 2008 when he won the title from Jericho for a week for absolutely no reason.

Without the WHC, the field of Royal rumble winners really shrinks. Even the last couple of years with the lower importance on the WHC, more guys had a shot at winning it.

My prediction : Daniel Bryan draws 28 and wins the Rumble.

My prediction: We get the kayfabe version of Bryan's injury on Raw tomorrow, he's allegedly not going to be a part of it. At the Rumble match itself, No. 28/29/30 is set to come out next and.... it's Bryan, who goes on to win the Rumble.
(He naturally doesn't take too many bumps here).

Here's something that just crossed my mind:
Who's going to eliminate two people at once this year?

I just wonder what the fancy elimination save is going to be this year 2011 - John Morrisons Spiderman antics on the guard rail. 2012 - Kofi Kingston's handstand 2013 - Kofi Kingston Announce Table get back to ring on Chair. Seems to be an annual thing now we get atleast one
