Can't recall the Blackhawks being blown out at home for a while like they were last night by the JETS of all teams. The Jets are playing some of the best hockey in the league right now. |

He was only part of the problem. Then again, anyone who thinks Peter Harrold should be on an NHL roster deserves to be fired.

Finland is better than us defensively so far. They're real good at getting in the passing lanes and forechecking. I will say that the Americans have speed, Moxie, and of course Jack Eichel. |

Awww the World Juniors. Where Oiler fans get really really excited over our prospects performances and the future top 3 draft picks competing. Not going to lie I'm pretty excited to see how Nurse, McDavid, and Eichel are going to do this year.

Finland's powerplay has been absolutely terrible. Seen some good stuff from Björninen, Puljujärvi and Kapanen. The best player on the ice has been Eichel, the kid is fantastic from what I've seen.

USA beat Finland 2-1 in the shootout. Great job by the boys to stand up and get a victory against the defending champs. Also, full credit to the Finns. They proved why they're the champs today with their absurd defensive strength and Husso was a beast all game.

I... cannot get away from bad hockey.
The Hurricanes have firmly entrenched themselves as the Least in the East, and the Indy Fuel are dead last in the ECHL. We have yet to win on the road, haven't won in over a month, and only Stockton has allowed more goals. Considering that most of the kids on the team have very low morale because of the constant losing & the only good player we got is Robert Czarnik, they'll be lucky to reach 10 wins.

How the hell did this DeBoer guy reach the 2012 Finals? He had good talent and his scheme was well suited. When he had to adjust to development and fitting his scheme to lesser talent he couldn't adapt. |
