You can't coach by committee. Lou's lost it. The only way this makes sense is if the Devils are intentionally tanking to get a chance at McDavid or Eichel. Only for Lou to draft some defenseman because he thinks it's still the 90's.

No Parise and Kovalchuk happened. We need a great forward badly right now. Perhaps they should work out a trade to acquire Taylor Hall from the Oilers? I'm sure they can get him for the right price. Outside of getting Schneider their is no straight up fair trade. I do not trust Mac T to trade Hall because their is going to be no trade the Oilers could possibly win from trading Hall and I doubt they can do a Columbus where they replaced Nash with missing depth. Hall is one of the few wingers period that could lead the offense by himself. Plus look how Boston got fleeced trading Seguin. If anything a more realistic goal would be trading for Eberle |

As they should. A trade for prospects especially defensive prospects for a star player never ever works out. Plus Edmonton is terrible at handling defensive prospects. He'll they've been terrible handling their best pro defensemen this year period. Also the last thing Edmonton needs is more prospects. They need a legimate top pairing defenseman and no more 5-6 and maybe 3-4 defensemen, a legimate 2 centerman, and a legimate goalie (even though I think Scrivens is fine just look at the success Dubnyk, LaBarbra, and Bryzgalov are having this season). Plus everyone fan over values all their prospects. Like I said Edmonton possibly can't win or a get fair trade from Hall. Hell he has one of the most cap friendly contracts for a "elite" player |

Want to hear how retarded Craig MacTavish and the Oilers management are? The Oilers have traded Marc Arcobello for Derek Roy today. Derek Roy cleared waivers this morning. They're at 47 contracts and are nowhere near the cap. Jesus MacTavish for a team that's really low on centers, we could of used an extra center in Marc Arcobello in case you know Derek Roy or any other center gets injured or some shit. Seriously f*** this team hard.
