I like how between TNG & Voyager they were like, "Open those collars up into a deep v-neck!"
I'd probably go with DS9, but only for that sweet, sweet quarter vest that Odo always wore.

Under normal circumstances the Enterprise uniforms look the most comfortable and practical so I'd probably go with them. You'd be surprised how useful things like pockets and zippers would be.
On the other hand if I was looking to suit up and look badass I'd probably go with the movie ones. Not the TMP pajamas but the second movie on ones.

Easily the Wrath of Khan uniform. It's the most distinguished of the group.

Probably whichever versions that consists of pants and a separate, removable jacket.

Section 31's sexy black leather bondage uniform is the best.

Section 31's sexy black leather bondage uniform is the best. Are we sure that's actually a uniform and not just civilian clothing?

Yeah, the enlisted crewmen uniforms in the TOS movies were the jumpsuits from TMP dyed red with bits added; whoever did that did such a good job that the only way you can tell onscreen is because of the slight differences in shades of red depending on what the original jumpsuit was (grey, beige, blue, etc.)
That being said, another vote for the TWOK-forward uniforms. My reasoning for the extra layers... from a pragmatic point of view, it'd probably save a ton of energy to keep the Enterprise interior colder than t-shirt weather to be honest, and you would think that keeping the thermostat balmy would be a low priority in emergency situations. Why not have a uniform that you can take off in layers if you have to?

Why not have a uniform that you can take off in layers if you have to? I thought I read somewhere that the uniforms in Trek post-Enterprise had some fabric that could adjust to various weather conditions. I know they mentioned in either TOS or TAS that the uniforms were partially organic somehow.

In the non-Federation races, the Cardassians have the best uniforms. They looked as cool as shit wearing those things.

DS9 or Voyager style, just for their respective series' rep for badassery (for a Star Trek series DS9 in particular was often brutal TV).

Bumping this thread for a picture I found. I have to say, I kinda like seeing the "red jacket" movie uniforms in original Trek colors:

I always hated Counselor Troi getting to wear house dresses, while the rest of the crew were in uniform. The look on her face when Captain Jellico told her to cut that shit out was priceless. I'm about done with Season 2 in my watching of TNG and all I can say is WRONGKIDDIED. Show would be a million times better +Yar/Crusher -Troi. My answer is TMP, cause it always is.

Yeah, but as funny as that might be, I can't picture Worf taking over ship counselor like he did security chief.
