I know some people are there own bosses on here so hats off to you. However, I'm sure I'm not the only one who has regular work hours. Usually I work Sunday-Thursday 3-11 p.m. I kind of like working later in the day, but the thing I don't like is a lot of great wrestling shows happen on Sunday so I've had to miss some. I'm thinking of going to the upcoming Beyond Wrestling show on June 22 and MITB on June 29. Hopefully, I get at least one of those. After all the awful booking that happened at Survivor Series 2013 I was really hesitant to go to MITB, but the mark in me wants to go just for their being a guranteed WWE World Heavyweight Championship change. No matter what happens, it can't possibly be worse than Orton/Big Show main eventing.

They let me take a half hour for lunch so I can split a half hour early and beat the rush hour traffic out of San Francisco.
The subway here gets pretty crowded when the whistle blows and if you can beat it by 15-20 minutes it makes for a much more comfortable ride.

I don't like getting up early. From 2009 to 2010 I had nights more often than days. It was awesome. Then they cut the night shift for application support, and aside from the odd special week here and there I've had to get up morning after morning after morning. With my new nursing job I'm on day shift for orientation but once I get through everything I'll be able to work nights. Permanently. I'm so excited.

Going to be doing an 8-5 office job starting next week. Definitely going to hate having to wake up in the morning. The good news is that it leaves my evenings free to actually do stuff.

I work in retail so yeah it's hit or miss. I do like getting an hour for lunch. Which I wish on days I can split into 30 min and leave that 30 mins but for me no coverage. I HATE the 10 to & shifts because no only do I feel like I'm there the WHOLE day, it's the slowest shift to go buy. I hate the closing shift because while I like sleeping in a little later. I don't like I can't just leave until we are told too and we get those customers who HAVE NO respect for us and take there sweet time to leave even when we announce we are closed. So I get pissed off because I want to go home.
Best shift that I get is the 8 to 5 in Thursday for Truck. Why because that day goes by fast and having a evening to do whatever. I don't mind getting up a little early for that. I hate the weeks where I close Wed because the lack of sleep. I'm not one to be able to go right to bed when I get home. But the manager who closes most Weds does the same thing so we feel each other pain.

My job has a lot of forced over time. The rule is if somebody doesn’t come in, somebody doesn’t go home. I work almost all midnight shifts so I get in at midnight, and too many nights I wind up working till 4 in the afternoon. That was OK before I had kids but now there are times where I don’t see my family for days. One night my 5 year old tried to stop me from going in because she missed me. Worst part of my job, right there.

I used to work for the government from 3-11:30 PM weeknights. And they only gave you a half hour unpaid dinner. And there was nothing around my place of work. At least the pay was alright.

I work a typical office job, so my hours are pretty good. I don't have to work nights or weekends, and I'm usually done by 4:30 on Fridays. Our schedule is pretty flexible as well. So if we want to come in early or work from home, it's usually not an issue.

I work Wednesday - Sunday, 10 AM - 6:30 PM.
I like being able to go to the movies on Monday or Tuesday, because tickets are super-cheap (five dollars!) and there's hardly anyone else in the theater. Plus I can watch PPVs and Raw without having to worry about waking up the next day.

I work 8-5 Saturday-Wednesday. I feel like I'm underpaid, but no complaints about the hours.

10pm-6:30am here.
Pros:
No people Simple work routine
Cons:
Annoying people that can't read signs/call information You're "invisible", which means that no matter how good of a job you do, NO ONE CARES.

I supervise a call center so;
1. I'm there for 50+ hours a week
2. I have to have my schedule prepared a month in advance

Main job: 2.00 - 6.30 teaching
Secondary job: Whenever I feel like it since it's working from home writing material for school textbooks:p
I've no problem with my working hours at all. In fact they're pretty perfect. I really enjoy my job except for the fact the school has a high turn around in management; all of whom have their own ideas and ways to do things so no sooner do we get settled into the protocol, someone else comes in and upsets the apple cart.
